Great getaway place!

Perfect for the 2 of us. Quiet area, nice view of the Marina and Sapphire Beach. The room had everything we needed.

Perfect for myself

This property was exactly as advertised. Had everything I needed. Jerry was extremely accommodating and reached out to me multiple times throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Amazing place!

We stayed at Jerry’s place for wedding at and couldn’t have been more happy with the place! It was right at the bottom of the hill and a short less than 2 min walk to the beach/ beach resort. The communication with Jerry and his team was amazing even before we checked in until after we checked out. Everyone was super accommodating and I couldn’t have been more grateful for the ease of the stay. The place isn’t anything fancy but absolutely perfect for what we were looking for esp when you aren’t in the room a lot. The place has everything you need from chairs to snorkel equipment and again the walk to the beach and the sapphire beach resort was super quick!! Would highly highly recommend and would definitely stay here on another trip to St. Thomas.

Very nice place only issue was the shower. I could not get cool or cold water out of it and television would not come on.

Pleasant. Had all we needed

I was reeled in with the description of the beach was only 200 steps away. That was false. It was a good 5 minute walk. The rest was great.

Stayed here after a week on St. John. Perfect relaxing end of trip. Neighbors very welcoming.

All Around 5 Star

It was exactly what we wanted. It was our third trip to St. Thomas, and this will be our go to place for future trips. Great location, perfect setup, and Jerry went the extra mile to have the place ready for us!

Great stay and great location

Had an awesome time staying at Jerry’s place at Sapphire Beach. Beautiful view from the balcony, and the condo was exactly what we needed for the trip. Great being down the street from Red Hook Ferry. Jerry was great to communicate with as well - I’ll keep an eye out for this place next time!

Thanks. Very glad you're pleased. Looking forward to your 3rd trip :-) We made it through Dorian and are open for business. Since I've been there a hair salon has opened, the restaurant has been renovated and a new menu added all under new ownership and both pools have been renovated. Keeps getting better.

Great unit

The view is right over the marina so you can see all the activity there which was really cool. Having a Murphy bed opened up alot of space in the unit during the day, which was an excellent idea...and it was comfortable.
