This is a beautiful condo and property overall. My only complaint is the long walk to a great beach. The kids loved shelling and the pool is great as well. The owner was very responsive to our needs. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting some fun in the sun!

If you're looking for a place with beach access, this is it! The condo is very spacious and has everything you could need! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at South Seas Marco Island. Owners were very accommodating and worked well with us for any needs we had. East to communicate with and condo was quite nice. Weather was great and plenty to do in the area. We would definitely rent from them again.

There was some construction going on during our stay, which was unfortunate. The owner was great at communication with us about check in and the construction. Would stay again.

Awesome place for a relaxing vacation!

This is a great condo! Comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. My daughter didn’t want to leave and said we should come back to the same place next year! Amazing sunsets every night and we enjoyed the walk down to the beach after a yummy local dinner.

Family Vacation

Our experience was wonderful. We had everything we needed at the condo… it was larger than we were expecting. The area was very peaceful. We enjoyed daily walks around the bay and trips to the beautiful beach. Our family of 6 enjoyed this vacation and highly recommends.

Marco island vacation

Had a great time on Marco island. The property is very clean, quite safe and a very nice property on Marco Island. The walk to the beach is kind of a long one, but so very worth it! The beautiful white sandy beach was absolutely perfect. Great stay with great hosts.

Great hosts great place

Been staying at South Seas tower4 for several years now..quality of the amenities in this unit were the best..chairs coolers towels and beach toys for kids were top notch.we had one minor issue that was addressed by hosts immediately..would highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

Large corner suite on the second floor that has a lot of amenities and supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great location to pop out to Tiger Tail beach and pool. Unit is very quiet and my family and I all had great sleeps in the comfy beds!

Full equipped condo, very clean and quiet.

This was our third time staying at this condo. It’s very comfortable with a beautiful beach and pool area. We have already booked it again for next year! Highly recommend!

First time stay on Marco Island

Enjoyed our stay on Marco. Would have liked a little more cooperation from Mother Nature (cooler than normal) but all in all an enjoyable first time stay on Marco Island. Dan & Bridget were great hosts and very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful Marco Island

Condo was very nice. Large unit with wonderful windows all around corner unit. Unit was well stocked wirh all our needs and then some.
