Stay in a spacious 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ at Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums in Midtown and Buckhead. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers easy access to MARTA for direct travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

“The Bigger Awesome” condo includes two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTV for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.

Guests enjoy bi-weekly cleaning with fresh linens and towels, utilities, and one free parking space. The property offers a quiet residential feel while still being close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Midtown attractions.

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $75 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $75 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

We stayed for a world cup game. Location was right of the interstate and less than a block from the subway station. Plenty of restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable beds. Great stay overall.

Cute, clean, comfy

We have enjoyed our two nights. Stay here at VCA Apartments. Everything was well stocked. Owners communicated throughout the process and answer questions quickly. We will definitely stay again when Atlanta brings us back!

Convenient to Atlanta attractions

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was clean, safe, and very convenient. The trash bins were not available upon our check out, so we couldn't take the trash out, but had it all together ready to be taken out. Home away from Home

I had a great stay at my BCA apartment. It was clean, spacious, and amenity-filled. I brought items from home thinking I would need them but BCA had me covered. It was a comfortable and safe refuge while working in Atlanta. Close to my work too which was a bonus. Communication was excellent and I felt taken care of by BCA. The Michaels Are Amazing

I have stayed here 3 times for my daughter's medical appointments and each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. This is the only place I will stay in Atlanta now. If you're looking for a safe and fully furnished place to stay this is it! Super friendly! Team BCA Response: Thank you for the great review! My short term stay /long term stay

BCA was a great place to stay for short or long term. Michael, David, and Paul are great guys and take care of their property and the tenants. The apartment was just as the pictures displayed on the website and Airbnb. I was not at all disappointed walking in for the first time. The apartment and grounds are clean and kept up. They even allowed me to have my best buddy my pup with me. The streets below are great for walking. All you need is your clothing really; the rest is supplied for you. My short term 1 month stay turned into 6 months stay. The housekeeping are wonderful ladies and do such a wonderful job when they stop by every 2 weeks which is also a nice feature. The location is fantastic if you are working close to the city. If you are looking for a great place to call home away from home BCA is a great choice.

BCA was a great stay very clean and comfortable the host was very helpful when it came to everything it's in a great location very close to everything in the city if I was to come here again I'll would stay at BCA again.

Perfection

By far the best stay I have ever had! No complaints here only praises of how comfortable and accommodating the staff were and the apartment environment. Definitely a must stay!!!
