Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay in Maui!

We had a great stay! The property was clean and it worked well for our family and 2 small boys. The pool and beach were close by and were very easy to get too. The property management company was so helpful. We would definitely rent here again!

Mom and Daughter week

I bring my Mom to Maui every year and we I’ll definitely be coming back to the Ekahi. The condo was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. We walked everywhere. The beach is about a 5-6 minute walk. The poll areas are gorgeous and the lanai was quiet and beautiful.

A beautiful place to be.

Kitchen was also stock with all the amenities needed. ( silverware plates bowls pans blender) Very quite location not for loud parties. Pool and BBQ area looked nice. I didn't spend alot of time there. Beds and bathrooms comfortable and clean. Great place for a family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very clean and the bunk beds were perfect for our young family. AC worked great and wasn’t too loud at night. Pools were all clean and seemed well maintained. Lots of beach gear available for our use and in reasonably good condition.The real gem of our stay were all the amazing gardens/landscaping all over the village. I can’t adequately express in words the breathtaking beauty of all the flowering plants and trees and the obvious care and attention they receive. The 10+ minute walk down to the beach featured family favorites like Plumeria Corner and Gecko Path.

Great Place for Family

The property was clean and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay with 2 kids under 11. The property has a lot of pools to use and easy access to the beach. Everything is key-locked so we felt safe with our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise!

The condo was perfect for our family of four! While our kids slept on the Murphy bed they loved having some down time in the bunks! The beach is so beautiful and is about a ten minute walk from the condo (you can also drive down but be there by 7:30 as parking was limited). The condo has a beach wagon which made it super convenient to hike down to the beach. We loved the lanai and enjoyed meals out there daily. You can also access the Wahlia walking trail from the beach or short walk to Andaz. Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this condo!

Great unit!

Overall this was a great place to stay for the week. In particular the extra bedroom with bunkbeds was great for kids and the lanai was lovely. There was a lot of space, with a very functional kitchen and a great family area/couch. Would definitely return.

Great property! The unit was a perfect size for the two of us. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the location. You could walk down to the beach on the property in minutes. We also walked over to Wailea beach most mornings. We took a shortcut through the Andaz hotel. The town of Kehei is only 10 minutes away for restaurants and awesome sunsets. We would definitely stay at Ekahi Village again.

Perfect condo complex for families

The pool and beach were perfect. The fridge, grill and communal kitchen were so convenient to have lunch after beach time. The grounds were beautiful and lush and the condo was modern and comfortable. The big lanai was wonderful to enjoy the weather and views. The condo was quiet and peaceful. Overall the property was perfect for our family. The management was friendly and helpful. We would totally stay here again!

Great experience!

Easy reservation and check-in process. Condo is nice with all the needed beach amenities. The grounds are beautiful and it was an easy walk to the beach and pool areas. Definitely recommend.

Great visit to Wailea

Visited with family, including two kids. 10 minute walk to beach. Unit has beach toys, so we did not need to buy or rent any. Full kitchen, so easy to cook most meals at home. Matt, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

Lots of room for all of us to spread out and had everything we needed in the condo. This management compnay was very easy to deal with and responded to any concern we had quickly, although we didn't have anything wrong.Would absolutely stay in this unit again as exactly how it was described and we have stayed in this property several times.T the last time we were in Maui the unit we stayed in was terrible and the owners wouldn't help with any of our issues. We had a major plumbing issue and they wanted us to find a plumber. This property is beautiful and we love it. We have been to Maui numerous times and have stayed in different properties.

Corey's 40th Bday visit

We have stayed at different condos within the Wailea Ekahi property several times & continue to be impressed with great location, ease of parking, excellent maintenance of outside & inside. Couple of things which could be improved: 1) more clear 'check in' instructions, that is, the main bldg 8 is only for completing the parking permit/car info & deposit into box. The staff inside seemed bothered that we went inside expecting something other than to fill out form outside; 2) the large pool near community Pavillion is real plus, BUT the rules prohibiting ordinary swimming pool stuff like floaties & kickboards for kids, tubes & toys, etc., seems overly unreasonable especially since there are so many alternatives for adults only to enjoy more sedate ambience. Overall good experience though. Thx

Unit is clean, well maintained and very well stocked. For our party of 3 everything worked great. It's true that the bunk beds are located in kind of a laundry room but if you are with kids that shouldn't be a problem. Murphy bed works great for adults. Communication with property management was easy and effective. We definitely recommend this property and will be back.

Wonderful unit

I have stayed at several Ekahi units, and I would definitely return to this one. It is updated, nice comfortable furniture and clean. Loved the bunk beds for the kiddos! The lanai has a view of the ocean and what I really enjoyed is the location. The unit is very private, tucked away from foot traffic and next to a quiet pool that is rarely used by anyone. I was pleasantly surprised by a bin full of outdoor toys for both the lawn and beach. Also, a big yes to tiled floors instead of carpet!

Great spot in a nice community

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's a great community, and complex. There is heated pool right by the beach, which great communal facilities. And it's one of the nicest beaches on the southern shore. Great for kids with soft sand and gentle waves. They had a blast! The condo is a little bit of a walk, but cart is provided. The kitchen could be a little better stocked. The bunk bed was a great set up for small kids, but would have been a challenge if they were teenagers or older. No bath. The host had everything ready. They provided a pack and play, and were nice enough to even get us a booster seat for meals. There were also plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc that we really felt at home. Thank you!

Great for families with older kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Ekahi Village. The complex is truly perfect for a pool and beach getaway. We have young kids and the main pool deck with attached kitchen are was perfectly maintained and its recent upgrade/renovation is first class! One disappointment is that the other pools throughout the complex are designated at "quiet areas" and thus are not suitable for extended periods with kids. Given that one such pool is directly beside the unit itself, it was frustrating that we could not use it. The condo itself is exactly as shown in the photos. We had no issues at all. It is in good condition and the beds are quite comfortable. One BIG warning. The walk to and from the beach and main pool is quite robust. The hill is steep. There is no chance our 2 and 4 year olds could walk from bottom to top. Thus, we had to pull them up in our wagon - you will need your own as the one provided at the condo is not in good enough condition to transport kids. While we loved our stay - we have decided to book a unit much closer to the main pool area for next year. 46B would be PERFECT for families with older kids. But the hill does truly make it subpar for young children.
