Thank you for the kind review. We're glad Atlantic Breeze #1 was enjoyable overall. I'm sorry the king bed was too firm and made sleeping uncomfortable — I'm glad the recliner helped some nights. We appreciate the feedback and will evaluate the mattress and possible topper or replacement to improve comfort. We appreciate you staying with Jekyll Realty and look forward to welcoming you back.

Great location and price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location, close to the beach. The price was very good. However, the property needs major updating. Lots of little things like new doors, some minor repairs like resealing around sinks, etc AND a new paint job inside and out.

We enjoyed our stay here! The one MAJOR- we were welcomed and adorned by a generation of deer. The most being 7 the night before we . They were literally in arms length. We nor they were afraid. My voice is a little too deep for a couple of them. The unit was spacious (could host a dinner for 8/10 folks with ease. The bathtub is at least 6.5 feet long and wide. The one minor issue we had was taken care of within a couple of hours. This will definitely be on our list resting places.

Happy the oversized tub and dining space worked well, and that the minor issue was resolved quickly. We appreciate you staying with Jekyll Realty and look forward to welcoming you back.

Atlantic breeze was just that! A breeze! We were able to check in early, everything we needed was there for us and in clean and cozy condition. It allowed us to rest and relax and enjoy our vacation. The only thing I wish was working was the outdoor foot washer/shower

Atlantic Breeze #1

Without writing a book, I will make it short and sweet! This apartment was awesome! On a scale of 1-10 I’d give it a 9.5! Only reason for no 10 is because it was a little out dated! HOWEVER! This place was amazing. The absolute perfect location and a ton of room! I would consider this to be right on the beach! We literally had everything we needed. Going to Jekyll Island in the future, we will only stay here. Everything was clean and organized and the two bathrooms were a huge plus! I’d say one of the biggest reasons this apartment was great for our family was the price was reasonable and worth every penny!

Review of Atlantic Breeze Apartment #1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we rented at Atlantic Breeze and overall we’re very pleased with the condition and location of this rental. It was clean and well kept. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed: 1) the shower in the master bathroom is missing the magnetic strip that holds the door closed. 2) Some of the outside lights were not working during our stay. 3) When the power went out Sunday evening, there were no candles or a flashlight to provide emergency lighting. 4) The kitchen blind fell down when one of us was attempting to pull up the blind. I was able to re-hang it, but not securely. Also: Would you consider purchasing year long bridge passes for each of your properties so guests would not have to buy day passes every time they leave the island? These are minor issues; we love Atlantic Breeze and it’s a great place for a family beach vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first year we stayed here was due to no availability at Villas by the Sea Convention Center. June 2023 Stay

This place is worn and dated, but impeccably clean and comfortable enough that this was our third year here. It is a quiet and restful respite from our convention at Villas by the Sea, and as serious walkers, we especially appreciate the proximity to the beach sidewalk. Supplying linens and towels this year was an appreciated plus, although better quality pillows are needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wound recommend property management company but not that property. It was old, outdated, poor lighting, drab and needed a face lift. Was a very convenient location but pool pass was way too far and not worth the travel.Jekyll itself is beautiful and well cared for.

Second year in a row staying at the Atlantic Breeze. we love the proximity to the beach. It has everything we need and not so plush that I'm afraid my grandchildren will mess something up! We look forward every evening to the visit from the deer. We hope to be back next year.

July 2022 Stay

They were great. The apartment was clean and had more things than I expected it to. It had a homey feel. The staff at Jekyll Realty were great. We had an a car emergency and they let us check in early. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved how close it was to the beach. The only thing I would suggest was to have a pool to use closer to the apartment. We even got to see some deer and feed them my children really enjoyed that.
