Location Location Location!

Riverfront home on Mirror Pond! It doesn't get much better than this 3,400 square foot custom home. It sits on a double lot, creating a huge back yard that is ideal for entertaining or relaxing. One of the few riverfront homes with direct access to the water. You can launch a paddle board or kayak from the backyard and paddle upstream or down.

The home has soaring vaulted ceilings and is light and bright throughout. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite counters, huge Island with new gas cooktop, new fridge with water and ice-maker. The kitchen is stocked with all of the amenities you need to make your vacation or holiday seamless and memorable.

This home sleeps 10 only!
Bedroom #1: Master suite with king bed, television, private balcony, and large ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Located upstairs.
Bedroom #2: King bed (upstairs)
Bedroom #3: Queen bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 4: King Bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 5: Office space with closet and daybed-2 single beds(main floor)

Walk to local breweries, cafes, restaurants and shops in downtown Bend, Galveston, Newport, or the Old Mill District. This home is in the perfect location!

Riverfront paradise

This was our second summer staying at this beautiful property, and we hope to be back again! We have stayed at many properties in Bend and this was by far the loveliest in terms of views and access to the river. The spacious riverfront lawn was the perfect playground and gathering spot for three generations.

Great Bend Property

I joined my family who flew in from various locations in the US for a Xmas family reunion in Bend. This home was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location on the River and town of Bend was great for getting out for walks on the super trail system Bend has. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Kelli’s home.

You won't regret staying here!

Loved our first time to Bend and couldn't have been any happier with our stay! Fantastic house with wonderful river amenities. We enjoyed the tubes, kayak, and paddle boards. Excellent communication with the property manager. Loved the walkability to multiple restaurants and parks for the kids. It would be hard to stay at any other property in Bend after experiencing this house!

Family Friendly House on the River

This was my family's second time staying at this house and we loved it just as much the second go-round. The house is perfectly situated on the river to get out on the kayak and paddle boards. Walkable to playgrounds for kids as well as lots of great restaurants. We especially love that there is a large grassy area for the kids to play and run around which is hard pressed to find in other river front homes.

Awesome spot if you're visiting Bend

Overall, the ideal location. I live a little further north, but my whole family was in town for Thanksgiving, so this spot worked out great. Great views, walking distance to a lot of stuff, etc. I'd fully recommend it. Owners responded to all inquiries super quickly. The house was clean, and the space was ample. My only nits (I didn't stay there but was visiting my family each day) is the split levels were a little tough with kids running around. There are a lot of steps up and down to each room. There was also a lot of poop in the backyard. Some of that is unavoidable, we're in Central Oregon so you'll get deer poop, and the house is right on the pond so lots of goose poop. Plus there was some leftover from a previous guest's dog I guess? Either way, we filled up a pail. Certainly was not a big deal, and the owners were very responsive and apologetic. These nits both fall under things to be aware of, but nothing I would say should prevent folks from renting. You'll be very happy with the location.

Absolutely perfect!

What a great home; we’ll appointed with comfortable beds, access to the water, easy walking to Drake park and downtown dining and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including sharp knives! The welcome basket was beyond anything we’ve ever received which just made us feel special and appreciated. This home is highly recommended.

Magical

This is one of those reviews you hate to write because you don’t want others to discover the gem and make it harder to book again! Suffice to say we had the most incredible multigenerational experience hanging out the river, dining and barbecuing outdoors, playing croquet, badminton and beanbag toss, and generally soaking up the most beautiful river view, complete with Canada geese and and human kayakers and floaters. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked, with welcome a/c during the heat wave, and the owner communication and responsiveness was stellar. We’ll be back!

Great Family Vacation in Bend

This house was the perfect solution for our family. It's proximity to everything makes it easy to just walk across the footbridge into town for shopping, food and entertainment. Our 10 month old granddaughter loved sitting in the front yard watching the ducks and feeding the Canada Geese. This house had everything, large screen T.V's, plenty of cookware and plates and dishes, a beautiful Webber BBQ, and the Sonos sound system was a very nice surprise. (my kids figured that out in about 2 seconds). The view from this house makes it all worth it. Thanks for sharing your home. We had a blast!

Perfect home in the perfect location!

Our family has been going to Bend for Thanksgiving for 6 years now and have rented a different house each time and no home can top this one. The best parts about it: LOCATION! You cannot beat the location of this home. You can walk to town, almost every great brewery, tons of amazing restaurants and shopping. SIZE! There aren't a ton of homes for rent in Bend with this kind of space and comfort. It has every amenity you could want and just the right set up. It's a beautiful house that's very comfortable for everyone. THAT VIEW! This house is directly on the river across from Drake Park. It doesn't get any better than that.

The home is located in one of the best locations downtown. The home is large and open and bright throughout. Among all the wonderful things about the home, it was the yard that sealed the deal. The home is on a double lot, virtually impossible to find downtown. Perfect for entertaining!
