Beautiful spacious cottage attached to 100 year old historic Appalachian home, less than one mile from the heart of downtown Asheville. Large bedroom with New Cal King Tuft & Needle bed, living room with fireplace, clawfoot bath tub in bathroom.

We follow all CDC cleaning protocols!

Microwave, medium fridge, coffee maker and toaster provided. home, less than one mile from the heart of downtown. Large bedroom with New Cal King Tuft & Needle bed, living room, claw foot bath tub in bathroom- great neighborhood! Only a mile to the Grove Park Inn. Dog friendly! Free WIFI! Safe and
quite neiborhood and great friendly hosts to assist you with your stay in our loving city of Asheville. Ask any questions you wish! Always dog friendly. (Dogs must be well behaved and not have aggression issues with humans or other dogs! )

The spiral staircase is for decoration only. Everything is on first floor so don’t worry about having to climb stairs!

Fire pit in front yard for your use.

We had a lovely time at the cottage. It was perfect for my husband, doggies and me! The location was close to downtown and everything we came to Asheville for.

The cottage is located within walking distance of many downtown destinations. It was a simple check-in and checkout, with no issues. It is a clean, quiet neighborhood, and I would recommend it for a visit to Asheville.

Wonderful stay

This is a wonderful place to stay in Asheville. It is a comfortable, lowkey, neighborhood location where people wave and say hi as you walk your dogs. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location with a comfortable bed, and also very clean. I really appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dog, who was very comfortable with the accommodations as well. This is a great area and very convenient to anywhere you'd want to get in the Asheville area.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is really nice and spacious. Close to downtown as well, so very conveniently located. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice getaway in town!

This rental has several standout qualities, including a great location, a peaceful neighborhood, and hosts who were incredibly responsive and accommodating.Positives:Great location. It was close to everything and easily walkable to downtown Asheville.The rental itself was very quiet, as was the surrounding neighborhood.The Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch and worked well.The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay.Toiletries were provided, which was appreciated.Negatives:The setup felt a bit unusual. The kitchenette was located in the bedroom, and dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink.We found it unsuitable for a four-day stay because there were no laundry facilities.There were very few electrical outlets, which made working remotely difficult. For example, there was no outlet near the only desk, making it challenging to set up a workspace.Overall, the location, quiet setting, and attentive hosts were definite strengths, but the layout and limited amenities made it less convenient for a longer stay.
