Beautiful private studio with deck and private entrance attached to our 100 year old historic Appalachian home. Completely private with private entrance. You will feel like you are in the woods while being in walking distance of Downtown Asheville! A luxury Cal-King bed (that we cal the 6K bed as that’s how much it cost ) with premium sheets, duvet and hypoallergenic pillows await you. Always dog friendly for well behaved fur babies! (Dog must not have aggression issues with humans or other dogs)

Feel welcomed home as you arrive to your parking space right in front of the studio. Walk onto your private deck with comfy reclined chairs and a peaceful fountain. Enter the private entrance to enjoy a spacious bright room decorated with whimsical happiness!

Your luxury California-King bed awaits with premium hypoallergenic linens and pillows. Go ahead and unpack your items in a your huge closet or the beautiful Mule Chest dresser. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with premium coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom amenities include Premium Eco Sciences Soaps and Shampoo that are safe for you and the planet! Soft bath towels, hand and makeup clothes are provided as well as a hair dryer.

We have spend our lives in the hospitality business and know how to take care of our guests to give them a memorable vacation!

A very nice, but rather small, property with lots of character. It is a bit "rustic," but in nice shape. Room enough for two people, plus it's pet friendly. Excellent communication and service from the host and the couple that covered for him when we were there. Great location close to downtown Asheville.

The property was as described. It was convenient to downtown, yet had a nice country setting. It was very comfortable for our doggy too. The contact with the host was easy and very efficient. We would stay again when visiting Ashville.

Retreat is the perfect word for this delightful place! Peaceful and pleasant in a nice neighborhood, we had a wonderful time and so did our Shih-Tzu Luigi! It was close enough to downtown but not so close as to be crowded at all. Lots to do north and south of us! And the garden was such a serene place to be, we spent much of our time here on the rockers on the porch.

Lovely, clean, dog-friendly home base for a weekend in Asheville. Host (Mike) was extremely communicative, and check-in/checkout were seamless. They even provided bowls and toys for our pup! Great location with easy access to lots of great coffee and food options. Would recommend for a stay in Asheville with your doggy companion.

The Peacock was a beautiful place. Very quiet. Very clean. Had things you might need.‘Ike was a fantastic host. Very responsive. Great location too. Lots of things close by.

The room was very clean and welcoming! The suite was attached to the owners’ home, but we had no issues with this in terms of noise or anything else! The hosts were wonderful!

Cute little studio that was perfect for our weekend getaway with our dogs. Very close to just about anything you would want to do in Asheville, the location couldn’t be better. Everything thing was clean and well stocked as well.

The property was incredibly clean and very nice to come back to after a day of adventuring! It was also very conveniently located near downtown so it took almost no time to get to interesting walkable areas.

The location was close to everything. The hosts are great at communication and the property was really comfortable. The suite was nicely decorated with all sorts of vintage finds and the peacock theme is very cool.
