Oceanview Condo In Oceanfront D Building Shorewood

Currently NO DIRECT BOOKINGS DUE TO CONSTRUCTION--We are taking names of people interested in renting in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. Please don't hesitate to contact us for details and info about a "waiting list." Shorewood is undergoing concrete reconstruction. We are unsure when the work on our building will start and be completed, so we are not committing to renters until we get more information. If interested, contact the owner with questions, and get on a waiting list, or more info about the construction timeline.

Cancellation policy varies by season. Please get in touch with the owner about the cancellation policy.

Until D406 has an ocean view from the primary bedroom and balcony, the condo is 1663 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the bath has a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds: free WIFI and cable TV. The complex has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and private beach access. The condo is fully furnished with washer and dryer in the unit. Just bring your clothes and toiletries.

Located less than an hour from Orlando Airport. Minimum rental of 29 nights.

**Unit also has two roller beds, a pack and play, and two additional TVs for streaming or hooking up gaming devices (no cable) . Streaming and game devices are not provided. TVs with cable are in the living area, and master bedroom.

Beautiful condo. Access to beach. Spacious, clean. Pool.

We enjoyed our time here. Spent lots of time on the beach. Great communication with you lani. Nice neighbors. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

A stay in Paradise

I primarily went to this location to both work within my business virtually and to get out of my house, where I have spent all but a few hours per week outside since the Pandemic began 15 months ago. My wife and Daughter and I made this the Pandemic Capstone event in the Pandemic in the greatest way possible...in the sun and surf of this quiet and isolated stretch of Florida beachfront.

Beautiful condo on the Beach

The condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. The condo complex was really nice. The owner Lanie was great to work with. Would definitely return and would recommend this property highly. Thanks for everything Lanie.

The unit is perfect with nice ocean view and steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Lanie's condo. The unit was spacious and fully stocked with everything and Lanie was super nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a nice beachfront experience.

Comfortable condo, great view, great beach.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay in this condominium. It is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything you need for the beach or pool is supplied. This is a great beach for walking. We were able to enjoy watching a rocket launch and many cruise ships leaving the Port of Canaveral. Grocery stores, restaurants and mall shopping is nearby, and it is a short drive to Orlando. The residents of Shorewood are very friendly and welcoming. It has been very easy working with the owner, and we look forward to returning.

Home away from home

We would stay at this wonderful Shorewood condo again and again! The condo is incredibly large, nicely updated with separation between the master suite and the 2nd bedroom / bathroom so that we are all together but have space to get away. The porch is my favorite place to relax with a book and a view of the ocean. Wonderful wide beach and great pool. 5 stars!

We live in Central Florida and have owned this condo since 1999. We are in the "active" stage of rearing teenagers, so we rent our condo when we aren't using it. Since Shorewood is primarily a residential condo and the majority of the owners live there, so it is a very quiet and calm complex. We expect our renters to adhere to this environment.
