Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Sandcastles.

This unit has been recently renovated with a new kitchen including granite counters, wood flooring, bathroom vanities, stainless steel appliances, track lighting, flat screen televisions and very well decorated. This condo is perfect for the family and is only a few short steps from the beach.

Master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate bathroom.

The condo unit is smoke free and pet free, and has a completely stocked kitchen. Free High Speed Wireless Internet is included with the unit.

Beach towels, linens and some beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

Amenities include, private beach access, heated pool, hot tub and tennis courts are available at Sandcastles.

This condo is walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Sandcastles is a family friendly vacation rental in one of the most sought after location in Cocoa Beach.

This unit is a minimum 7 night rental. Contact the owner if you desire a stay less than 7 nights. ** Due to additional sanitizing and cleaning of the unit we can not accept same day check out and check in. Only next day check ins will be accepted. **

Our unit was well prepared and ready for our arrival. The property is quite old, but pretty well taken care of overall. The convenience to the beach is great!

Condo was very nice and clean we loved the Decor. It was bright and it had everything in it you could possibly need. all the towels were color-coded to each bathroom. It was a very enjoyable stay thank you

Close to Everything!

Literally, steps from the pool and the beach. Close to stores, great places to eat, and anything else you may need. Condo is very colorful. Furniture is not very comfortable but adaquate.

This property is absolutely the best well supplied home ever. Pots and pans and dishes, utensils, toilet paper, paper towels..dish and dishwasher detergent. Clothing detergent You name it and this lovely decorated unit has it. The unit has larger closets with plenty of hanger's which I love. The beach was great. Our host was great to work with. I give this property 100% all the way around.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was VERY responsive. One small issue that was taken care of the same day. Bed in the master bedroom was SUPER comfortable. Lots of towels, sheets, and beach towels.The only negative I'd have is the outdoor furniture wasn't great and some of the kitchen accessories need replaced. The decor is not my thing but honestly, who cares! It was a great location, great value and perfectly close to the pool & beach.

Good location overall. Liked the convenience of having the pool right outside our door. Beach access was easy and even though we didn't have a view of the ocean, we enjoyed our patio.

Love being on the first floor

Great beachy feel and everything we needed for our stay. Love having first floor just couldn’t see the ocean as well on first level. But did enjoy sitting on the patio! All furniture super comfy and beds were great! Thanks again.

Great Location - Clean Unit

Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Unit 115 is located on first floor directly across from pool and only a short walk to Beach Entrance. It was great to be able to pull up right in front of Condo in Circle Drive to load and unload. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

The property was very clean, very colorful (we loved it!) and so close to the beach that we went there 2-3 times per day. We loved our stay and plan to return!

Wonderful beach getaway

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it - unit is on the ground floor making it easy to get our young kids and beach wagon out to the beach, which is a short walk away. Well stocked with all the necessities you could need. We would definitely book again!

Very comfortable!

Has a very comfortable living space! Has a sleep number bed which we didn’t know till the 2nd night. It was at 100 and we felt like we were sleeping on a board but once we figured out the bed it was sooo comfortable!
