Our family thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful week on Marco Island staying at this lovely, clean condo with gorgeous views and easy access to beautiful Tiger Tail Beach.

Great experience! They thought of pretty much everything! Lots of great recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. The condo had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again in the future!
Sunsets on the beach were beautiful!
Avi’s Jest Ski tour.. the dolphins came to play too!
Tiger Tail beach was a fun mini adventure!

Highly recommend!

Thanks to Teresa and Larry for sharing their lovely condo - it's clearly well-cared for; our family loved our stay at South Seas! We especially appreciated the extra amenities and conveniences they provide (beach cart, water toys, etc.) - very family friendly. And the location and views of Marco Beach can't be beat!

Fabulous week af San Mar condo

Condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs but this unit and condo was our favorite so far!

Great Location

We enjoyed our time at Sea-Mar Condo very much. I was clean and well laid out. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Karen, the property manager, was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Excellent couples getaway!

It was our first visit to Marco Island. Teresa and Larry made sure we had all the area info and comforts of home during our stay. The condo was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and the location and amenities were perfect for our needs. Karen was most helpful and pleasant with getting us settled in, sharing recommendations and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing views

We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from this clean, updated condo. The beach was a short walk and we enjoyed Doreens breakfast a couple mornings a few blocks up! We would definitely stay here again! There were some internet issues but the condo owner was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful condo

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The owners have thought of everything and then some! We’ve never stayed in a property that was so well stocked. The owners and the property manager were great to work with

Great beach and views

Beautiful, clean, well appointed property. We just needed to bring ourselves and our clothing! Only thing we suggest you bring with you is a padded container to bring your shells back with you!

Sounds like you collected a lot of beautiful shells on your trip - there are so many unique, special shells on the Marco Island beaches. A tip for future shell transportation: use disposable food containers and line/layer them with paper towels. This works great and there are usually some in the condo or they are really cheap at the Dollar Store on Marco. We look forward to having you back again soon at Sea Mar Condo! Teresa and Larry Luber

Beautiful Property on Marco Island

Beautiful condo with a big balcony overlooking the beach. The condo has almost everything you would need. The location is walking distance to some nice restaurants and a short drive to town. The beach that the property is on is pretty wide so it’s a bit of a walk to get to the water, but that’s the only downside. The place was very clean, safe. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay. Condo is beautiful. Very well equipped. Marco Island beach is extraordinary. Six miles long. Very wide to the south. Remote and undeveloped to the north. Lots of wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend.
