Recently renovated immaculate, ground floor apartment with private patio, grill, large table & chairs & outside shower. There's even a swing for the kids. 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom that also has a bunk bed set. AC, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Roku, wifi and wonderful upstairs neighbors (also the owners). You can walk to everything you need or want from here. Come experience Ocean City. You will come back and you'll love this apartment

The perfect alternative to staying in a hotel/motel

We have no complaints about our weekend stay here! Jim was very thoughtful! I had mentioned at the time of booking that we have a toddler and months later, as our stay was approaching, Jim remembered and had already set up a crib for her to sleep in! He also provided a booster seat! He was happy to give us suggestions of places to eat within walking distance. A very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Just perfect. . .

This private little getaway was just perfect for our recent two-night stay in Ocean City. Beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle, with absolutely everything we needed for a perfect visit - even a delightful little courtyard off the kitchen to hang our wet things - and hang out for a quiet cup of coffee. Jim was the perfect host, and we won't hesitate to stay here again!

Great vacation experience!

The accommodations were clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and house supplies were generously provided. We have two small kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and could walk to everything. The owners were also very helpful- we would absolutely stay again!

BEST SHORE RENTAL EVER

Absolutely spotless house Jim and his wife are extremely accommodating Helped us with the loading/unloading process, parking, where to go, etc wtc. You are only 2 short blocks from the beach and plenty of places to eat around We will be back next year!

Great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed our time in Ocean City, NJ! Jim welcomed us on arrival, and helped us into the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. Jim and his wife were welcoming and friendly. The apartment was comfortable, and roomy, and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This place is walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk, so we did not have to drive anywhere. Highly recommend!!

Quaint / Clean / Convenient

Jim and Joanne are fantastic. The apartment is very clean and so well appointed. They thought of everything. Sheets, towels, soft soap in bathroom, tissues, papertowels, cleaning products, etc. Although we did not cook this trip, the kitchen had everything. Probably the best equipped kitchen we've stayed in so far. Location was great. So close to boardwalk. Would stay here again. Tracey - Landenberg, PA

Perfect OC home in great location.

We had a wonderful time. This home was perfect for our family of four, but could accomadate more. Kitchen was well stocked for all of your food prep needs. The outdoor space including outdoor shower was a nice addition. We walked most places once parked. Easy on street parking. Jim was a fabulous host.

Clean and cozy at the beach!

We loved our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. Joann and Jim were wonderful owners and so responsive. While we were there they made sure we had everything we needed! The house was SO CLEAN and perfect, they've done a nice job with their renovations! I will be back next year! Thank you so much!

Comfortable and welcoming vibe in Ocean City

Jim and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. Jim welcomed us and showed us the property (which was very clean and comfortable) and made sure we had a place to park our car. The location is perfect - 2.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, a block from an ice cream shop and walking distance to Acme. We loved hanging out and BBQ'ing on the covered patio and using the outdoor shower after getting back from the beach. Jim and his family were staying upstairs so this isn't the kind of place where you never see or interact with your host(s) but they were all lovely people so we were happy to see them passing through and saying hello. Next time we are looking for a place in Ocean City, we will be back!

Great place to stay.

The house itself was everything we needed for a fun vacation, plus it was located very close to everything. It easily fit my family of 4 we even had 2 extra beds. House was clean and in good working order, no issues. But the best part of this house is the owners. Jim and JoAnn were very accommodating with our last minute arrangements, and they made us feel like we were visiting family. My daughter is still asking when we will see Jim again.

Raised our family in Hatboro, PA and attended Hatboro Horsham HS, USAF and multiple colleges. One child still lives in the house we raised him in with his wife & 2 fabulous grandsons. We currently live in the 3 stories above the apartment here in Ocean City

Quiet, mostly residential area with a private, covered patio that's great for barbeques & family gatherings. The owners rebuilt the property and take great pride in it & if I must say myself, keep it immaculate.
