Come join us for your family vacation at Americas Greatest Family Resort here in Ocean City, NJ. We are centrally located, in the downtown area and close to everything!! The beach and boardwalk are a short six block walk or a quick bike ride, right up the street. Two blocks to the Asbury Avenue stores and restaurants. Only a short walk to the bay to watch an amazing sunset and to take a walk over the 9th street bridge. There is a driveway available for one vehicle and usually plenty of available free off street parking. The garage is available for you to store your bikes, surfboards and beach gear.

*Primary renter MUST be 25 years or older and present during entire stay to rent, no senior week, no pets, no emotional support animals and no parties.

*We provide up to 4 beach tags for adults. There will be a charge for any unreturned beach tags.

*This is a side by side condo, the owners live on the one side and will be available for any questions during your stay.

*Guests must provide their own towels, sheets and linens. We do not provide paper products and toiletries you must bring your own.

Girls Trip

This house was amazing & the owners Dan & Shannon are fabulous. The house is close to Asbury Ave and walkable to the downtown area. The house was exactly as described. Clean, neat & nice amenities. This was our 2nd time staying here & we are looking forward to returning next year.

Just perfect!

Conveniently located near the supermarket and downtown Ocean City, this was the perfect spot for our first family vacation with littles. Everything was sparkling clean and beautiful and the space was just right for our family. We had a fabulous time!

Modern & Clean Shore House!

Great place for a shore trip. Daniel and Shannon were wonderful hosts. Friendly and easy to communicate with. House was newly renovated & SO SO clean. Didn't look like anyone ever stayed there before us! Fast/ easy walk to shops on Asbury !! Great house !

Bright, clean, well-appointed and homey

Lovely spot just a brisk walk from the beach and the bay. All the touches of home plus beach tags for renters. Good communication from owners. We hope to be back again!

Great weekend getaway

Lovely Place

Our stay was only one night due to a family emergency necessitating our need the morning after arrival. The condo is lovely and only a block away from the downtown shopping area. Daniel was great at communication prior to arrival and very understanding about our need for a quick departure.

Fall fest

We had an amazing girls trip at this property. The owners were easy to communicate with & very friendly. House is clean & well equipped. The pictures do it justice. The area is in a great location & within walking distance to most things. We truly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this house to others.

Amazing stay!

My family and I had an incredible stay! For starters, Shannon and Dan were extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating, always prompt with their responses to our queries. The house was so charming and incredibly clean!!! It was evident they took pride and care in the property—which was 100% consistent with the description. Highly recommend to families/friends.

Clean, welcoming accommodations

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 children) stayed here for a last minute beach getaway. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the entire home. Furthermore, the property was recently renovated so appliances were new and in excellent condition. We loved the gorgeous potted flowers on balconies and green plants throughout the living area. It felt fresh and welcoming. Another highlight were the labels throughout the home. These labels identified light switches, indicated locations of various items, and provided helpful reminders. The labels allowed our family to quickly and easily "move-in" and feel at home. Finally, the owners were lovely- friendly and quick to answer any questions.

Beach trip

We spent four days at the property. It was clean and as expected. Easy walk to the Main Street. Chose to drive the beach but can walk to the beach if not carrying too much / morning run. Easy check in process.

Extremely clean

The house was extremely clean. Great job keeping it looking that way! I’ve never rented in a house as clean as this. Nice stay. Only issue we had was keeping the air at 72. We like it cold, but it wasn’t bad! Great place to stay!

Very clean and comfortable

The house was kept so clean, newly updated and was very welcoming. Kitchen was nicely updated and made cooking easy while away as it had most things we needed at our disposal. Easy checkin and check out process, No issues whatsoever during our stay! Would definitely go back!

Super clean and cozy

I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean this place was! The owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I loved my bedroom with a cute deck right outside! Neighborhood is nice and quiet for sleeping! I would definitely recommend this cozy vrbo! I’m renting again next year for sure 👍
