~Palazzo Toscano~ is the CUSTOM 4400 sq.ft home with PRIVATE HEATED POOL and SPA for your enjoyment, both are very popular with our guests. EACH BEDROOM SUITE IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with more than 12 feet a part with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan and layout design! So important!
Our home is the only property that offers UP to 14* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* with a maximum of up to 20-23* guests with proper booking requirements. We able to add 1 more air mattress with 20+ guests bookings, if desired, when approved. Please,request in advance.
Great for golf, baseball and tennis groups as well as an extended family stays with friends or colleagues when individual sleeping accommodations are desired.

The advertised default rates includes either 8 or 10 individual beds for bookings less than 20* guests at either 4 or 5 rooms and 3 full baths.
We welcome smaller and larger groups and If you book for a smaller group of 8 guests or less you are reserving 4 rooms, 3 full baths and 8 individual beds.
Inquire for 6th suite/4th bath upgrade rates to add up to 3-5 more beds, if desired, or simply place minimum 20 guests on reservation!For groups of over 20 guests, the approval and an additional guest rates apply, please request in advanced!

As demonstrated above, master suite, #2 and #3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms to share are ALL downstairs, which is very important for travelers who do not want to climb the stairs!

For your convenience WHITE SHEET SETS and EGYPTIAN COTTON towel sets are provided for each guest, including POOL towels, yey more room in your suitcases!
Plenty of TVs throughout the home with TV service and streaming capabilities, so bring your USB plug-ins!
