This fabulous custom townhome has 4 Bedrooms (with 1 king master suite, 2 queens and 1 set of bunk beds. Our guest rave about how comfortable the beds are!

The fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare your meals and serve them at the lovely dining table.
If you prefer, you can grill outside on the back patio.

ALSO NEAR THE WASHINGTON COMMUNITY CENTER! With the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah, the Washington City Community Center is set to make a splash! An 8-lane 25-yard competition pool is complemented by a 10,174 square foot beach entry leisure pool with a lazy river, 3 story hydro tube slide, play sets for all ages, splash pad, and an enormous 317 gallon dump bucket designed to keep you cool!

* The Closet in Master Bedroom is locked. We have dresser drawers and place to hang items.

No problems

This place was clean and sparsely furnished though adequate for cooking/hanging out. The bed frames were rickety/squeaky and one bedroom didn't have bedside lamps. The freezer didn't work. I contacted management and they responded immediately that they would fix it so I hope they did. 9 people in 3 different families meant one person slept on the couch, which was comfortable and there were extra sheets/blankets to make this into a bed. There is no street parking. We were able to fit one SUV in the garage and the other parked behind it. It was 15 min to grocery, 45 min to Zion. The pools were warm salt water and very much enjoyed by the kids. The house was 5 min from the freeway and it was a fairly quiet housing development. Definitely check out Red Rock area for hiking/canyoneering. Thank you!

Great location on the Ridge

This condo is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Master downstairs and 3 other bedrooms upstairs. We typically wipe everything down upon our arrival & this place was 5 star clean! The beds were in great shape and the master has a pillowtop mattress. If you like a softer bed, this is your place! Kitchen had plenty of dishes but not a lot of extras like tupperware etc. An assortment of spices including salt & pepper but make sure to bring your own ziplock baggies, foil & plastic wrap if you need it. Only 1 block to the pool.....a quick easy walk. The pool was virtually empty on the weekdays and busier with families on the weekends that we were there. Easy access to 2 Walmart's and Costco and about 40ish minutes to Zion. Love this area! This was our 3rd time staying at Coral Canyon/Razorback Ridge and we will definitely stay again!

Just a thought

The freezer was broke and unusable. Most VRBO have a TV in every room, just a thought! It was a really nice place to stay! We enjoyed it.

This property is great, clean and spacious. Pool area is great, can be crowded but we still really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this rental property

All I can say is wow. I have rented many VRBO's and this was by far the best. The house was spotless with mints on the pillow. It was full stocked with everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to the pools and the fishing pond. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an awesome weekend getaway.

Extremely comfortable and roomy!

3 kids, 3 adults and we all felt like we had enough spaces to enjoy each others company and enough room to have our own privacy. The pools are AWESOME!!

Great Coral Canyon Property

Really nice house in a great neighborhood.! Plenty of sleeping room for 9 of us. The open kitchen, dining, and TV area worked really out really nice. Loved that the house came with all the linens, towels, kitchen amenities etc. Very family friendly!
