This modern 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome can comfortably sleep 9 guests or up to 12 guests with the assistance of 1 twin and 1 queen air mattress. The kids will love grabbing the fishing poles from the garage and heading on down to Razor Ridge Park and Pond for an evening. Comfy, cozy stay near so many state and national parks.

This townhome was perfect for our multigenerational vacation in the St. George area. The location is close to multiple parks with amazing hikes. It also was near multiple places to eat and shop. The hot tub was perfect for a day after hiking. The furnishings were obviously new and very comfortable. The amount of bathrooms were great for many people to get ready at once. Will totally be back to this home when we return to Zion to do more of the parks hikes.

Great Stay

I was very impressed with my stay here. The host has gone above and beyond to make sure all guests have what they may need. The location is perfect. Out of all the huddle and bustle of St. George but a quick drive to all the amazing things St. George has to offer. Definitely will be staying again!

This is our second time saying with a Red Sands property in the Coral Ridge complex. We had a great time! Our two young kids really enjoyed their space in the upstair bunk room with their own restroom and living room. The house was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place that is well maintained

Overall very nice place that is well maintained. Good: Community Features - pools & hot tubs, Fishing poles - we threw on fake worm and caught an 18 incher, kitchen was nicely stocked, recliners were nice, Beds were comfy, most TVs worked after I gave them some love, Red Sands was very responsive and helpful, sufficient shampoo/conditioner for my wife and 5 girls. Bad: Garage needs to be organized so games can be used. Beds were very noisy if you moved. Hot tub guy didn't follow through on bringing the water vacuum to clean it.

Very Good

Wow, what a beautiful place. Spacious, clean, conveniently located, we also loved the on-site spa. We had a small problem with the temperature in the accommodation but the manager responded quickly and sent someone to rectify the situation. We recommend it!

Was a nice place to stay for our guys trip. Only issue we had were issues with the internet working but was promptly taken care of when we called.

Average property rental

Overall we enjoyed our at stay at Coral Ridge. A few things could use better maintenance: The TV Remotes and XBox controllers need replacement batteries. The Roku in the master bedroom didn't work. The light for the water dispenser on the fridge needs to be replaced. Undesirable things were: The bed in the master bedroom is annoyingly very squeaky. It was so loud I felt like I couldn't readjust without waking up others in the house. I had a baby sleeping in a pack and play in the same room and it did wake her up. The sugar ants were worse than any of our other stays in St. George. We are clean people and have NEVER seen sugar ants before. Within 12 hours are food on the counter was infested.

A great property in a great location

This property was perfect for our family stay over the New Year's holiday. Very roomy. We had 7 adults and teenagers in our group and never once did we feel crowded. The hot tub was great. The community pools were a hit as well. The location is convenient to Sand Hollow, Hurricane, and St. George. We're already planning our next trip and look forward to staying here again.

stay in St George

The accommodations were good. The things that kept it from Excellent: Hot Tub cover was very difficult to put back on. The master Bed was noisy and squeaky - couldn't get much sleep when the partner moved with the noise. Same for the upstairs bed. Get a mattress that is comfortable and a bed that doesn't make loud noises when you move to the side. The HOA was trimming branches before 8 am in front of our house. Great place to stay, not so great to sleep.

Great house and location to parks

Beautiful townhouse with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with the TV and they came to fix it promptly! Excellent customer service!

Southwest Utah/St. George area

The accommodations where we stayed at were awesome. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Property mgmt was very easy to acess and very pleasant to work with. Their communication with us was "spot-on"!! Should we come back to this area, we would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our stay an excellent one.
