Absolutely amazing place! We loved our time in St. Thomas, the place is so neat, the views are spectacular, and the location is super convenient. The hosts are so accommodative too! Would recommend 10/10

I enjoyed the stay. It was very spacious with the most amazing views you can get on a vacation. Everything you could think off that you need on a vacation, it was there. Full kitchen appliance and kitchenware, washer and dryer, full living room with all that you need, an outside grill, balcony with a hammock, diving gear. It goes on and on. Amazing all around.

This is a great place. We have stayed a number of times. Michelle is a great host and responds to all concerns quickly. The view is absolutely amazing. I don’t think there is a better one on St. Thomas. Just be prepared the road is an adventure and not for the faint o heart.

Michelle welcomed us with greetings when we arrived! Beautiful location, high up so you can see everything. Two balconies was nice to have to enjoy all the views. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, lots of extras ( beach chairs, games, snorkel gear and so much more. Highly recommend

Great vacay spot!

It was our first time to VI and this place was perfect. The views were amazing and Michelle was so nice and helpful! The driveway definitely adds character and some fun to the whole experience. Would love to stay there again whenever we’re back!

Gorgeous views!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen and beach supplies, amazing views from the two decks. Drive up and down hill is challenging, so I’d definitely recommend getting a rental vehicle with good clearance. I’d stay here again!

Beautiful Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The terrain is a little rough getting to and from but otherwise a very nice place to stay. Really gives you the “island” feel

Michelle and Kevin’s place was perfect for my daughter and me. Amazing views, loved the cats. Had everything we needed for our trip to visit my son studying at UVI. The only issue here is the road. Definitely want a vehicle with clearance and tolerance to the bumps. Michelle was great. Great communication and easy to get a hold of. What an amazing week. Thanks Michelle

This was my second stay at this property and would move in if I could find a job on the island! Beautiful views and hosts were incredible even with my terrible touristy driving! My kids love this place and it's the only vacation spot they've ever specifically asked to return to. I hope we are lucky enough to have a future stay!

Spectacular Views

We enjoyed our first trip to St Thomas and found this to be a perfect location to stay. The rental had everything you would need and the view is absolutely beautiful. We didn't really see our hosts much as we spent most of our time out exploring but Michelle was very welcoming and friendly.

Awesome views, even better than in the pictures. Host was very friendly and had good tips for activities. Beach chairs, snorkels, coolers, etc available to use. Had everything we needed. It felt private and comfortable. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

Nice place, well stocked, owner very helpful. Hard to find without the owner giving specific markers to look for. Drive uphill for the last 1/3rd mile is tedious.

Host was super communicative and the directions to the property wete spot on! Loved waking up and watch the sunrise and watching the sunsets in the evening. The views are spectacular!!

Hidden Gem

We had the best time here this week! We loved every moment of our vacation. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful our host Michelle was! I feel like we had the true island experience that you do not get to see from a cruise ship or resort. We definitely hope to go back one day!

Estate Bolongo

This was our 2nd stay. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. Michelle & Kevin are very easy to get ahold of if needed. The studio apartment is perfect for a vacation of any length of stay and that view is spectacular to wake up to each day! We will be staying here again and highly recommend it!

Kevin and Michelle were very responsive and communicative. Michelle was extremely kind and helpful with getting us settled in and answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Seaside Mountain Treat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lots of comfy nuances in well organized private living space. Attentive Host provided a sufficient initial orientation as well as local info about food & activities available . Having a car is a must for staying at this higher elevation location that offers slightly milder temps, stronger breezes and stunning views than at beachside.

We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay, the view, and nice breeze. Yes, renting a car does provide more freedom to move about and we do recommend it no matter where you are staying on island. However, for future renters who can't get a rental car or do not wish to have one - Sinclair with Destination Taxi has taken care of many of our guests and is awesome. We love staying at Kevin & Michelle’s property. They are gracious hosts who are willing to answer any questions you may have, and offer help if needed. The road is an experience in itself to drive, but you are on an island! Being that you are on the hillside, there are beautiful views of Bolongo Bay. It’s centrally located, and only minutes away from most major attractions. Other than a rooster crowing in the mornings, and an occasional dog barking, it is quiet. The room is comfortable, and we have plenty of room for the 2 of us. We had daily visits from their cats, but as a cat person, we loved seeing them. This was our 3rd stay at this location, but are already trying to plan our next visit.

Fabulous time at a spectacular location

My husband & I spent a week in St. Thomas in this sweet spot. The place was well equipped, with snorkel gear and beach chairs as well as two beautiful balconies overlooking the Caribbean. The apartment was very spacious for the two of us, filled with everything we could possibly need for a wonderful trip. Pay attention to the directions given and you'll find the place with no problem! We cannot say enough about our kind hosts who were responsive to all of our requests. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in St. Thomas.

A/c did not cool the entire apartment, oven and oven drawer very dirty, room fans very dirty. Equipped very well. It had everything you would need.

Just what a soul needs

From day one of reserving this wonderful place, Michelle was in contact welcoming us. The suite was just as described, the climb up the mountain at first a little scary but by day two it was a breeze. The view is wonderful along with the breeze through out the place. We will be returning in November to stay again. FYI people leave food behind for the next visitors. We left alcohol and beer hot pockets beefpatties and some other things.

Paradise found!

Excellent accommodations! Michelle is a wonderful and friendly host. Very responsive to your needs and very helpful with issues that arise. The unit is very comfortable and private. The views are spectacular, both sunrise and sunset from the decks, and the Caribbean Sea and ships coming and going. The breezes are fantastic keeps the unit very comfortable. The location on island is great but the road can be a challenge the first time you drive it, but becomes easier on subsequent trips. Looking forward to a return trip!
