The condo was beautiful, clean and is located very close to the cruise port making it easy to do boat tours. The complex has a great pool and easy acces to the beach with lots of lounge chairs available under the shade of umbrellas and palm trees. Gaby was very responsive to questions and helpful with restaurant recommendations. There were 5 of us and we were all comfortable with the 3 bedrooms and baths. Would stay here again.

My Birthday Trip

Everything was beautiful. The balconies each had amazing views. Everything was perfect! Will definitely stay again! Gaby is such an attentive host!

November in PVR

Absolutely cant say enough wonderful things about our stay. Beautiful condo on a gorgeous beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is just as advertised. We have stayed at other Icon units. This one is the best. We wont rent any other from now on.

Perfect stay in a dream vacation apartment!

We were very lucky to be able to spend our vacation in this wonderful apartment. Everything was great! The apartment is located directly by the sea in an idyllic setting, ideal for relaxing days. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available: from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living room, comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Gaby gave us a warm welcome over the phone and was always available for questions and tips. We especially enjoyed the terrace/balcony where we could drink our coffee in the morning. The view was breathtaking and the atmosphere incredibly relaxing. This apartment far exceeded our expectations. We felt at home and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for the unforgettable days!

Spectacular place

This VRBO was the most spectacular we've ever rented. It is on the 26th floor and from the kitchen and living/dining rooms has the most beautiful view of the bay and part of the city on one side of the condo. The two en-suite bedrooms have a shared balcony on the back side of the unit with a view of the cruise ship bay. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to prepare meals. The high level of the property's security is very comforting. Complimentary valet is included. The concierge is available until 9 p.m. and is very friendly and helpful. There is a very good restaurant about a block from the complex. Breakfast is served at the property's restaurant. Lunch or early dinner and cocktails are available at the property's bar by the ocean. A full market is very close by for stocking your fridge or anything you might have forgotten. The property's owner has a team that will coordinate with you. First they will greet you upon your arrival and familiarize you with the unit and property and then will be available if you have any questions or concerns. The property owner also is very responsive.

Nov stay

This was our third stay at the Icon, second in this unit. We love the Icon. The property and beach are beautiful. The staff so nice and helpful. This unit is one of the higher priced suites but is getting a bit run down. It certainly needs some TLC. The deck couch and pillows are really dirty ( we covered it with a sheet). The towels in the master suite have holes and the bathrooms need an update. A coat of paint would go along way. We love PV and the Icon and are already planning our 2022 visit. We would book this unit again once it is updated.

Wonderful place!!!

Gammel, Marcos, Jose, Thank you for everything you did during our stay, we had a lot of fun, great place, great views and excellent decor!!! The pool, jacuzzi, bar and restaurant are excellent!!! The most relaxing place to vacation

My family and friends love coming to this property time after time. The most breathtaking view of the ocean greets you as you enter the unit. It is very clean, gorgeously decorated, well stocked and the perfect base for getting out and exploring the area but also perfect for never leaving the property and enjoying all the amenities (pool, SWIMMABLE warm ocean, fully staffed spa, year-round restaurant/bar with fabulous prices!) This will be my return PV destination.

amazing time at the icon

OMG when we walked into the condo we were amazed! It was better than the pictures. the icon was a pleasant place to stay the environment was awesome and had so much to offer! The concierge was very helpful and so was the staff! 100% will come back!

Absolutely Perfection

I will start with we fell in love with PV and will absolutely be back as soon as possible. The town is so charming, the people are so welcoming and everything is very affordable. This property was absolutely perfect! From the minute we left the airport , to the minute we pulled in to the property we were impressed. Marcos met us at the concierge and gave us an all inclusive tour of our place. His contagious energy and smile set the stage for our incredible week. The condo is stunning with beautiful views on each of its balconies. The property is clean, well maintained and gorgeous with out feeling stuffy. I can't say enough about PV, the property, condo or the people.... they were all outstanding.

Great stay in a great place!

We spent Christmas and New Years in Puerto Vallarta and absolutely loved it. We stayed at Icon Vallarta and the 26th floor condo we were in was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean out front and the cruise ship marina and city out back. The people at Icon Vallarta are very accommodating and Marcos, our host, was very attentive to our needs. We even received a call from Gammel, the Property Manager, welcoming us to Puerto Vallarta and offering his personal phone number should we need anything from him. This is a place we will definitely come back to!

Absolutely beautiful!

The condo was amazing, just like the pictures. The property was very well maintained. The pool was beautiful and we loved that you had the option of the restaurant and bar. The location is close to the town and walking distance to many conveniences like grocery, restaurants, clubs, there is even 2 shopping malls in walking distance. The host and owner were extremely accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back to stay again.

A wonderful stay!

Our first visit to Puerto Vallarta was lovely. The condo we stayed in was clean and well appointed. It's contemporary furnishings were perfect. Gammel suggested we use the VIP service to get to the condo which is only 15 minutes or less from the airport. I encourage you to take advantage of this service as it's easy and not costly. Gammel was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure we were familiar with the particulars of the condo and patiently answered our questions. He was so friendly and welcoming. This was truly first class service! The view from this place was beautiful, you have a view of the ocean as well as the harbor in the 2 larger bedrooms. The food was good in the restaurant and bar area, they also made good drinks. There is a concierge on sight. We would definitely stay here again.
