Lovely large Ski lodge

We had a great time at Cole place. Perfect size for our large group and very cozy. Great place to get a way for the weekend and make some memories

Great Family Place with lots of room

Very Nice property in nice neighborhood. Had plenty of room for the family to spread out inside and out. Had a great time :)

Presidents Day weekend stay

The home was great for our 3 families with 11 people, including kids ranging from 18 months to teens. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were multiple common spaces for adults to hang out and relax and the kids to play. The separate unit above the garage was perfect for the family with the youngest kids, so they didn't have to worry about disturbing anyone else when their toddler was not sleeping well the first night. The real estate company did a good job contacting us ahead of time via email and phone to make sure we were clear on check in procedures and answering questions.

Great property

Property was perfect for our group of nine. The separate apartment was great for providing a little quiet space when needed. Location is lovely. The back deck was a great place to hang out with a drink and enjoy the lovely cool evenings. Our only recommendation is that you might want to check with the owner/management about the status of construction on the house next door. No work took place over the weekend, which was great, but come 7:30 am Monday morning, the tranquility was interrupted by the sounds of a Bobcat tractor and all manner of power tools that continued throughout the workday. This made hanging out at the house less enjoyable. The neighbor’s house appears to have been under construction for a while, so it would have been nice to have been alerted to the issue before we booked. (July 2022) Otherwise great property and we’d book again.

Great Layout and Perfect for Families with Kids

We have a great experience overall. Everyone from the property management company was easy to work with and very communicative. It was a little bit of a pain to have to go grab the keys from a separate place but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely go back again.

Great house located in a nice, quiet neighborhood!

This house was perfect for my sister and our adult kids. Kitchen is very well equipped, furnishings are comfortable, bathrooms are nice and updated. Bedrooms are roomy, and the suite above the garage is not only beautiful, but is a nice, quiet retreat away from the main house. Huge fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Our only regret is we didn't utilize the firepit in the backyard! Property is conveniently located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, and is super close to Garwoods, our favorite, and Patton Beach, a dog friendly beach. We rent quite a bit in Tahoe and this will definitely be our new go to property!

Great home for larger families

This home was the perfect size for our group of 11. Clean and well stocked. Great back deck with huge table and cozy fire pit area. The newer apartment over the garage was a great escape. Only complaint would be the lack of window screens and poorly installed screens on several windows in the main house. Made it challenging to cool off the home in the evenings. Abundant beach chairs, umbrellas etc for trips down at the lake. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent Experience

Our experience exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for the kids to enjoy the house and the huge back yard. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

A lovely home close to many great activities!

This house is centrally located near several areas we wanted to visit, including Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. It’s far enough away from the main road that you don’t hear traffic when you’re enjoying family time around the beautiful fire pit or having dinner on the patio deck. The deck could use a bit more lighting for late night dinners but a few candles were a bit helpful. The guest house is quite impressive. It allowed two adults to get away from the younger kids when they got loud. The main house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own room and their own TV. The house is very close to some awesome mountain biking trails. Honestly, on a future family trip I would absolutely consider this house again if it was available.

Wonderful family gathering

Such a beautiful space with great areas for hanging with the family while also providing space for privacy and quiet relaxation. Our kids loved the toys and games at the home. The photos don’t do the space justice—it’s really beautiful. We loved gathering around the fire pit in the evening.

Great location!

Amazing back yard and house. Very spacious for a family of 12. My parents are older so it was very hard for them to go up the stairs, but we were able to fit an inflatable bed in the living area and it worked out perfectly since it has three full bathrooms and one is downstairs. Over all great house.

Great location and house is better than the pictures!

Our extended family of 10 were very comfortable in this house. The large dining table fit us all and was a common place for us to hang out, whether painting rocks, playing games or eating a meal together. The separate unit over the garage worked out perfectly for our granddaughter's naps. The fire-pit was a perfect nightly hangout where we laughed and told stories. The corn hole was a nice addition to our family fun. The kitchen was very stocked and much appreciated. Thank you! The location is close to Tahoe City and the Truckee River where we went on a great bike ride along the side of the river, and also floated down the river (with a bear sighting). We would definitely come back here. Thank you owners for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We Spent A great Christmas Holiday

The property is wonderful, even more spacious than it was listed in the introduction. The guest house over the garage can easily accommodate a family of 4-5, with the attic. We enjoyed the holiday time in the vacation house A LOT. The kids enjoyed the movies a lot. They watched one every night. It would be great if they can find newer movies. The sleds were provided, which the kids LOVE soo much when playing the snow. A very small reminder: only two shovels. We need to take turn to use, for building snowmen, removing snow in the driveway etc.

Amazing house

Can i just say this house is amazing literally u feel like its ur own home they have everything u need to have an amazing vacation just minutes away from the lake the house it self is just amazing my family loved it plenty of room we will be booking this house next summer really would recommend this house

Guest Cottage Gem

Ample space - Exceptionally clean- Contemporary decor with every little detail attended to. We very much enjoyed the Guest cottage. With extended family gathering, it was the perfect respite! A+ on the gas fire pit We had a fabulous time & look forward to a winter visit!

Great 4th by the Lake

The house was exactly as described and actually felt bigger then it looked in the pictures. Easy to check in, easy to check out. No issues overall and would definitely get this place again. The fire pit was great. It kept more of us warm than a hot tub and you don’t get pruney hands!
