Family and Dog Friendly Waterfront Home w/Pool, Beach Gear & Wifi ~Great Location!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we are glad to hear your stay was overall positive, we are sorry your stay didn't match the experience we want every guest to have. Had you reached out us about the broken toaster and mop during your stay, we would have gladly brought you replacements. Regarding the thermostat, it sounds like a scheduling setting was left on from a previous guest that kept overriding your changes. We will make sure that can't happen again. Regarding the pool, unfortunately we cannot dictate the timing because it's a third-party company who sets their schedule for the day. Having the service done weekly, as it was prior to your stay, ensures the pool will be in good condition for each guest's arrival. Finally, we do list the checkout instructions in the rental agreement which is available for guest's to review prior to booking. None of that changes that your stay fell short, and we are sorry for that.

Thank you for your review. The toilets and furniture are not unique to other properties we manage so I’m not sure why older adults would find them difficult to manage. The house is as pictured and I am glad you liked the mattresses.

I am pleased to report the issues have been addressed; the dryer vent was serviced and cleared and is now drying properly. Also, refrigerant was added to the AC unit for more efficient cooling. The pool area is great and if you book between May and July, you can enjoy the wonderful mangoes that two trees on this property produce. Please come back and stay with us again!

We are so glad you had a perfect getaway and enjoyed everything the house has to offer!!! One of the great things about staying at a canal home is catching a glimpse (or a mouth if you like to fish) of the local wildlife. I am so glad you got to see dolphin swimming in the canal and while I pay them good money, they are hit and miss showing up ;-) Come back whenever you need a “little paradise” in your life.
