With floor-to-ceiling windows, sunset views, and resort amenities just steps away, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beach from the moment you arrive. 🌊☀️


The bright, beachy interior has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The living room offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large 55” flat-screen TV, while the bedroom features a king bed with plush linens, ceiling fan, and its own flat-screen TV. Direct TV and Free Wi-Fi is included.

The spacious bathroom is clean and modern with a walk-in tile shower featuring a rainfall shower option. All linens and towels are provided—including beach towels.

Step out to the patio to enjoy sunset views over the Gulf, or take advantage of the resort amenities just steps away. The complex offers three swimming pools, grilling areas, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts. Seasonal beach chair service is included (two loungers and an umbrella, March–October), with discounts available for beach activities.

Sunbird Resort is a gated, family-friendly beachfront community with 500 feet of sugar-white sand beach. The location is hard to beat—walk to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Pineapple Willy’s is right next door, and Walmart is just a block away.

Perfect for couples, weekend getaways, or a relaxing beach escape, this cozy condo offers the ideal combination of location, comfort, and direct beach access.

Great trip to PCB! Condo was wonderful, clean and just as pictured and right on the beach! Communication was great, check in was easy and property was well maintained. Would definitely go again!

The room was decorated nicely. All necessary items were provided. The bathroom is small even for two people. Since the washer and dryer are in a separate place, more bath cloths are needed. It was nice to just walk out of the sliding doors to the pool. However, there is no way to lock them if you go out that way. Even still, it was only a short walk around.

This condo was perfect for our stay with our 3 year old. No waiting for elevators, literal steps to two of the three pools and only a few more to the beach. Made hauling things to and from the car and beach so convenient.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Views were amazing from every room and we enjoyed the beach. Great place!

Nice condo, clean. Perfect for just the two of us. Was unsure about the back door opening to the pools and beach but absolutely loved it! So convenient. Worked out great for us! Definitely recommend.

Our family is in Minnesota... and we love the beach! We love spending time in PCB and just don't get enough. Knowing it is a place we want to keep coming back to - we decided to invest in great properties that people would choose first to stay in.

The views... the views, the views, the views. It is unbeatable! The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the open layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. The cheerful interior makes you smile as soon as you walk in the door. It is a great get away.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The first floor walkout is as close to the white sand as you can get. We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
