This Panama City Beach condo is located in the Sunbird Condominiums and it is directly on the beach with panoramic ocean views and it is steps away from the beach. It boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a lovely king bed. The additional living room space includes a sofa bed for extra guests. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking great meals. Guests can enjoy amenities like a fitness room, hair dryer, iron, heating, and AC. Directly on the beach, Sunbird Condominium is located at 9850 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 5 PERSONS, no exception. If you violate it you can be evicted and you will forfeit your reservation.
NO PETS !!!
The condo is on the 5th floor and it is completely renovated, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, bedroom offers a king size bed and a nice size closet and ocean view. Living room has sleep sofa and love seat that is also a sleeper. The living room TV is a Smart TV. Dining area has a table for 4 with direct ocean view, the condo has panoramic views of the ocean from every window.

This condo rental includes FREE BEACH CHAIRS with umbrella.

Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. Sunbird offers three swimming pools one is heated. Step out of the elevator and you are steps away from the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Sunbird is conveniently located with in walking distance of restaurants as well as shopping.
Sunbird has a gated parking lot, a parking permit must be purchased by the guest from the HOA office located on the ground level of the East tower next to the main pool. The parking pass is $35.00 for the duration of your stay, it is not a daily fee. While on the premises wrist bands are also required and must be worn by all guests, each wrist band is $6.00 and must also be purchased from the HOA office. There are additional beach chairs with umbrellas available for rent, daily or weekly rates. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own.
Absolutely NO pets.
SNOWBIRDS - We offer monthly rentals November 1st - March 1st, please inquire for rates.

Beautiful condo. It was perfect for our mini-vacay. The location was great. The included beach chairs were a huge bonus. Communication with the seller was excellent. Check-in was easy and the staff was very nice. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location. Condo looks brand new. Easy to walk to restaurants. Walmart just around the corner. Easy beach access. Five star property all the way.

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had all equipment and linens that were needed. The view from the balcony was very nice even in the rain storm. The only problem we had was the written instructions for the door lock was opposite from the video instructions, It was confusing . Property was very well maintained. Grounds very nice,

My stay here last week was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure guests are comfortable.The view was incredible—honestly one of my favorite parts of the whole experience. It made the stay feel even more special and relaxing.I truly don’t have a single negative thing to say. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking this property again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay this past Saturday and Sunday in Panama City Beach. The condo exceeded our expectations, but the real highlight was the view — it was truly breathtaking. Waking up and seeing the ocean right outside was peaceful and unforgettable. The sunsets alone were worth the trip.The hostess was equally amazing. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience, which made a big difference to me.The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but it was the combination of the stunning view and exceptional hospitality that made this stay stand out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in PCB.

Host was fantastic and gave very clear instructions for check in. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus, especially when you look at the pricing for them on the beach. Overall, the room was very nice and the view was even better. The Condo property itself could use some work (elevators were gross and had no AC) but not bad enough to cause any issue. The only issue would be from Pineapple Willy's being directly next door. Almost every night of our 9 day stay, we had the annoyance of police sirens and spotlights shining in the room because of teenagers and party people going wild on the beach. We didn't get to go to sleep until around 1am every single night. I would recommend some very thick (or even blackout) style curtains in the bedroom.
