This condo is in a great location! Easy access to the bay and the ocean making for both amazing sunrises and sunsets as well as fishing. Far enough from the restaurants and bars to enjoy the quiet but close enough for a quick ride from Stumpys to enjoy a drink, dinner and amazing entertainment. Would definitely stay again!

Very close to the gulf shores but need to look for a way to get there since there is not a private/public path. Place was comfortable and had all we needed.

The condo was really nice. It was very clean and close to all the excitement on the key. The host was very responsive when we asked questions and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this condo! The condo has been recently remodeled and is very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was heated (around 80 degrees while we were there during a warm week of the winter). The beaches on the island were great and we found hundreds of small shark teeth while we were there. I recommend this condo for people interested in a low key visit to Manasota Key!

Quiet nice area

Pool was private and great. Condo was simple and comfortable. Newly remodeled kitchen had everything. A little further from public beach than expected.

Forth of July Getaway!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Tony was a phenomenal host! He is very accommodating and goes above & beyond to make your stay memorable! The condo has everything you need while enjoying your time away from home. The condo was very clean & the air conditioning will freeze you out! The condo complex is very quiet and has a great dock to enjoy fishing as well as the morning sunrise!

Beautiful stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This condo was larger than I expected with beautifully updated furnishings. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Easy beach access directly across the street. On the beautiful Back Bay with a clean pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, relaxing vacation!

My stay was wonderful, and very relaxing. The condo is just a short walk to the beach. Tony was very communicative and helpful during my stay. The condo is equipped well for cooking and coffee. The bed is very comfortable, too! The condo has chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Everything was just lovely! Many shark teeth found during my 8 day stay.

Convenient to most everything, we needed. The grounds, pool and beach access were great. Quite area. The people in the complex were friendly.

Loved the area and the beach across the street. We found lots of shark teeth. Condo unit was clean and perfect for two of us. The pool area was very nice.

Perfect mini vacay

I couldn’t ask for more from a beach getaway! Everything you thought you needed and things you didn’t know you needed all in one beautifully decorated and beautifully located condo! Definitely easy on the wallet too!
