This Big Bear cabin is only a 15 minute walk to Bear Mountain Resort, Moonridge Zoo and Bear Mountain Golf Course for nearby fun. Driving just minutes, you can enjoy the Village's shops and dining, hiking, boating and many other activities Big Bear Lake has to offer. Snow Summit Ski Resort and the lake are less than a five mile drive.

This four bedroom, three and a half bath home has all amenities needed for a comfortable vacation and relaxing time. The entry level living room has a wood burning fireplace,  large flat screen TV with DirecTV and internet. Adjoining is the kitchen and dining room with large table seating eight. The kitchen comes fully equipped, has a dishwasher, all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and seats two at the bar. Access the upper deck from both rooms to enjoy peek-a-boo mountain views while cooking on the gas or charcoal barbeque. The house has many special touches. A pack-n-play crib is provided for the little ones to ensure a great vacation. These features make this the perfect family home.

The middle level master bedroom has a king bed, full bath including a bath tub and shower,  and a twin sleeper chair. Access the second level deck and enjoy your favorite book or nap under the sun on the hammock. Guest rooms on this level include one queen bed. The kids room has a twin over full and twin over twin bunks, sleeping five. This room also has deck access. There is also another full bathroom on this level with a bath tub/shower.

In the lower level bedroom there is a queen along with an additional twin bed and a full bath with a steam shower and laundry. There is fun to be had making memories in the game room with a pool table, Fooball and another large flat screen TV with cable and wood burning fireplace. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. All beds feature new bedding!

Enjoy the outdoor surroundings with a game of horseshoes, native mountain flowers in the landscaped yard. A covered front walkway will keep you dry in any weather the mountains have to offer. Winter, summer, spring and fall, Bear Creek can provide you and your family with endless fun, relaxation and quality family time.

Note: The home does have outdoor security cameras. Sorry, we do not accept pets at this property. Playground not for tenant use.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
