Amazing lake house!

We had a wonderful time here. The cavin was very comfortable, welcoming. The property was beautiful, and it was close to town. There were beautiful parks within a short driving distance. We also took the kids ziplining outside of Helen, about 45 minutes away.

Lovely Holiday

Our a family of four booked the house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The home so cost and had everything imaginable to make your stay comfortable. Communication with the owner was great as well. I highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous and Tranquil

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home to celebrate NYE and our 20th wedding anniversary! This house is top notch, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. The views are breathtaking. The bed was as if you were sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommend!

A great place!

We had a really nice stay. The house was cozy and fully stocked. The sunsets are hard to beat and the beds are very comfortable!

Perfect Lake House

Everything about this lake house was amazing...the location on the lake, essentials and more were provided by the owner, the layout of the house was family friendly. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch, the deck, and around the fire pit. We loved it!

An absolute paradise!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed. But the best part was the back porch, yard and lake. We had so much fun and relaxation. View was beautiful!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time here and will definitely be back. Donna was great at communicating with us when needed. The house and property are very clean and it was very easy to launch my large fishing kayak there. We loved it!

Fabulous location!

Beautiful house with an amazing view, dock, deck and screened porch. Love the location. Half-way up the lake, making boat access to all parts of the lake easy. This home has a wonderful fully stocked kitchen. Second time staying here, and we enjoyed it just as much the second time.

Fantastic Lake Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was lovely and had something for everyone in our family from reading on the porch swing to making s’mores around the fire pit. This home has everything you need for a vacation Lake get-away.

Beautiful and private Lake front home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful and very comfortable property. So much is provided to meet all your wants and needs and the owners are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a lakefront property with easy access to the lake and lots of room to relax.

Wonderful time

Exceptional place and host. Would give ten stars if could. The beach area for the little ones to walk right into the lake is one of a kind. Generous supplies and water toys . Awesome outdoor porch and decks and firepit. We already want to go back! Oh and the sunset views!!!!!!

Hands Down One of Our Best Ever Rentals

The home was perfect! Well stocked with everything we needed, so clean and the attention to detail was wonderful. Our son loved having use of the kayak to fish everyday and we would love to come back for a visit during the summer! Thank you for an unforgettable, relaxing vacation!

Lake Loving Vacation

A slice of peace and solitude...just what we ordered. Steps away from the lake where we jumped on our boat and enjoyed every second on the water. The house was so beautiful and comfy just like home.

Beautiful Property

This is the perfect property in the Hiawassee area! Very well maintained, well appointed and comfortable. We rented a pontoon boat for our stay and dock was very nice to have. The owners are wonderful to deal with and my family and I will certainly be back to stay at this home in Cedar Cliff!

Never want to leave.....

Donna has done an amazing job with the property. Great location and very clean. The outdoor space is top notch. Our 10th year in North Georgia vacationing as a family and our 3rd at Cedar Cliff. It's by far our FAVORITE.

Perfect!

Picture perfect setting/home for a mountain lake vacation! Lots of places to relax and enjoy the quiet of the setting, as well as plenty of opportunity for boating, kayaking, and hiking. Return to the property for deck sitting, porch swinging, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the fire pit.

I grew up on a lake in Northeastern, PA and Jim in Madison, WI. We shared the dream of getting back to the water. That dream came true when we found Mockingbird!

Jim and I live in Canton, GA which is about 90miles from the lake house. Our 3 children keep us busy with their sport and school activities.

We love the weekends that we're making memories at the lake!
