4 Queen bedrooms with new high end pillow top mattresses. 1 bedroom also has a pull out full size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a high end memory foam king mattress and a private en suite. The loft offers a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. 8 televisions throughout. A cozy screened in porch overlooking the pond. Gas fire place, outdoor grille and granite dining bar that seats 10 comfortably. Billiard table with removable ping pong top.

A perfect weekend!

This property was a dream come true for our family. Proximity to the lake and town were perfect. We’re hoping to be able to enjoy a summer stay next year. It truly is heaven on earth!! And on top of that, the Goldstein were extremely easy to work with. Thank you!!!

Another great stay

From booking, check in, to check out, everything was delightful! Second stay here and hopefully will be back. Rental has more than enough space for all. Well stocked and very comfortable sleeping quarters. Perfect location in Bolton Landing. Wished we stayed one more night !

4th of July Trip for 3 families

Thank you for renting us your beautiful condo over the 4th of July holiday. What a prime location to explore the Lake George area! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and Greg was always available if we had any questions.

Home Away From Home!!!

This is our second stay at Greg and Kristins Vrbo..simply beautiful home.. warm and cozy and walking distance to town. Minutes to Lake George.. every amenity.. there were 12 of us and plenty of room to accommodate us all.. Thank You once again for great communication!!!

Family vacation

Everything was perfect! We had a great time! Walking distance to town for shops, ice cream, restaurants, groceries and the beach. Ping Pong and Pool table was a great way to keep everyone busy in the evenings. Breakfast bar was great being able to fit all of us around for breakfast and dinner. Owner was always within reach if needed. Would rent again if we should go back to Bolton Landing!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice Bolton Landing Town House. The beach was a short walk. The shops were all within walking distance and had everything we needed. It was a quiet, peaceful location that we all enjoyed.

Fantastic location!

The property was clean, well stocked with games, and as described. The location was ideal!! One block from the beach, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Host was responsive to communication and comments. Great stay!!!

EXCELLENT!!!

From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had a winner!! We walked to town for dinner.. we played games on a table big enough to fit all ten of us… we were all comfortable with our sleeping arrangements! The Goldsteins thought of everything to make our stay more than we hoped for..we all just wanted to move in.. excellent location close to all major attractions is also a plus! So happy we chose their home for our family get-away!!!

Best find in Bolton

If I could give 6 stars I would! From booking until closing the door behind us, it was a pleasant experience! Townhouse fit our family of 13 perfectly. WOW, was our first reaction. While the kids enjoyed the pool/ ping pong tables, the parents enjoyed hanging around large kitchen island. Both enjoying a little fishing at the creek. Perfect location to walk to beach and Bolton Landing town. Loved to be away from the busy village but only a quick drive away. Townhouse was well supplied. Only conversed with Gregory through emails prior to arrival and didn’t have to call him once during our stay! My in laws couldn’t thank me enough for a great find! We’ll be back!

Exceeded our expectations!

Greg's home is AMAZING and the pictures don't do justice to the setting/area. Bolton Landing is a gorgeous area and this home is nestled right in the heart of the action. The home has all necessary amenities and is in immaculate condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for a vacation to the Lake George area.

Great House, Great Location

Lovely home. The home is in a great location; within walking distance of restaurants, stores and supermarket. The home is very inviting and comfortable. Everything you need is there; peaceful back porch overlooking pond, a very short walk to the beach and within 15 to 30 minutes of all the adventures to please everyone.

This property is quite lovely with a great location that can accommodate a large family. Some bedroom mattresses and pillows need to be replaced as well as the cookware.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this property 5/19-5/22/22 for a destination wedding at The Sagamore. Not only is it less than a mile from Sagamore, it is also at the heart of Bolton Landing where shopping and restaurants are. The property is so spacious with its 5 nicely furnished bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The yard and pond behind it adds a relaxing ambiance where you can sit down, read a book and even barbeque which we did. The sunroom with a fire pit is another relaxing area. Couldn't ask for a better rental property. Greg is so easy to reach and talk to and made sure our stay was a hassle-free one. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends who would like to spend time in Lake George. Thanks so much Greg and keep the high standards of maintaining your property.
