Our Wailea Grand Champions condo has been newly redecorated and furnished with decor that depicts the beauty of Hawaii and our rich Hawaiian culture. As a local family who live on island, we are able to actively participate in the care and maintenance of our condo for our guests. We are a quick phone call away!

Wonderful stay

Because of the impending rainstorm Sonia had put in additional supplies which was very thoughtful. The condo is well stocked and clean. Beds are comfortable. Very close to the ocean. Norman was also very attentive to our requests. We loved the homemade jam. Thanks!

Beautiful vacation spot!

The unit is in a great location in the complex, right on the golf course, with a peek view of the ocean and west Maui…. The sunsets are gorgeous. The place was also clean and bright, just as it looks in the pictures. And we made good use of the cooler and beach chairs that are available. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Ideal venue for our needs

Took the family on Spring Break. Had never used VRBO before, so we were a little anxious about the process. Check-in was easy and seamless. The unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and nice. Having the beach chairs and cooler available was huge. Location was ideal, being so close to the shops and restaurants at Wailea. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect Place for a Family Vacation.

Perfect!

Excellent condo in a great location! The condo was super clean and very well stocked with useful items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. It was quiet, convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

We loved it. Very clean and everything you need is within the unit. Spacious bedrooms! Pools and BBQ are a little far away. Need to drive to the beach but I expected that. Very reasonable price.

Great condo in perfect location

We loved staying here for our week in Maui! As we unpacked all our belongings, my wife commented how this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. She has high standards, so that was quite the compliment. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed, which our son slept on all week. The beach gear made our trips to the beach so enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to use to cook some meals. The community was very quite, clean and safe. We really loved the location in Wailea, and we hope to be able to stay here when we come back. It was a bit of a drive to some of our activities up in Lahaina, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay up there. Wailea felt so much more relaxed and laid back. Sonia was very helpful with the few questions we had during our time and quick to respond.

Lovely condo, peaceful views, the kindest Owner

Fresh and very clean home in a peaceful environment. We spent our time relaxing on the covered patio watching golfers teeing off. 2 Nd hole on the Blue Course. No need to pack bath products, everything is there. Tons of supplies. The master bath and especially the shower is heaven. Tasteful decor with white coton linen . The desks in the bedrooms became very handy for my husband.. not retired yet. I would like also to emphasize Sonia’s kindness who allowed us to check in early with 3 grandchildren on tow because their flight became a night flight back home. We also have been able to check out late for the same reason for a very reasonable fee. Nice location close by to a shopping center , 5 mns walk to a bar and grill. Very close too to Beach access. If you want to splurge, very nice Lunch at the Bistro Moliki at the Grand Wailea. To recap, lovely place, attentive and flexible Owner, beautiful views, calm and close to everything. Thank you Sonia. We will be back!

Nothing Could Be Better!!!!

Soniya has a beautiful house overlooking the gorgeous Wailea golf course. This 2 bedroom home will definitely make your stay in Maui a memorable one. All the amenities are provided for... coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, towels, boogie boards, iron...... everything you need is there. The location is fantastic. Thank you Soniya for making our trip so enjoyable.

Beautifully furnished condo on the Wailea golf course

The double shower in the master bath was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the island breezes were delightful, especially with the jalousie (slatted) windows. We never needed the AC. At sunset, we would walk out to the golf course and chat with neighbors and watch Maui's amazing sunsets. The location is very convenient to everything. We frequently walked down to the paved beach walk and back up. The owner, Sonia, was great to work with. I would definitely rent this property again!

White, soft, and cozy beds,, kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans even more! Did not expected to have soooooo much comfort! Very enjoy staying there. Absolutely love this unit.

Absolutely loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sonia’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable and at a convenient location. Sonia also left extra towels and linens for us to use. The kitchen had all the cookware, spices and appliances you may need. We also didn’t have any problem finding additional guest parking. Highly recommend Sonia’s condo if you are looking for a place to stay!

Unit 155 condo review

All the amenities that one would need as a visitor were available. Air conditioning worked well. Furniture was solid wood (much nicer than usual wicker in other places). This is a good central location on the island for sightseeing either east or west. Very nice beaches and hotels nearby. The beaches are all public even if near a hotel. My only suggestion is to make it clearer that the washer and dryer are on the back porch (we did not know for a few days).

All you could need!

This was a great and easy place to stay. The renters live nearby and easily cater to whatever you need. They even brought a matress pad over for the pull out sofa bed, making it so much more comfortable! The location is absolutely great. Each morning we parked at the shops of Wailea and walked over to the resorts for breakfast, spectacular views, beach access and walking paths. From the condo, it’s an very short walk to Matteo’s for dinner! Monkeypod is just down the road also. The laundry facilities are top notch, and the entire condo was clean (even to my unreasonably high standards).

Sonia's Grand Champions Retreat

We arrived back to winter after two glorious weeks at Sonia's Grand Champion condo. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The condo was inviting and well supplied. The entry instructions were straight forward and we were thrilled to see the view of the golf course. We spent lots of time watching frustrated golfers trying to hit their ball around that annoying tree in the middle of the fairway. One morning four people hit it. The condo was clean and generally quiet unless the loud thumpers upstairs were at home. When we had trouble with using the safe Sonia was right on it and sent her husband to fix it. They must live close by. We highly recommend Sonia's condo and would consider returning.

Very nice, as always

This was our third stay in the Grand Champions condo and we enjoyed it as much as the other two stays. The condo furnishings have been refreshed since our second stay and everything was clean and of high quality. The two bedrooms and the main living area each have air conditioning units which worked well. Cooking pots and pans were of high quality and in good condition. Same for the dishes and silverware. The reserved parking spot is right in front of the condo's front door, which is very convenient. The Grand Champions property itself is a nice, quiet, place situated within walking distance or a very short drive of several good restaurants and the Shops of Wailea where you can find more restaurants, shopping, and, most importantly, the Honolulu Coffee Company, a good place for a morning coffee. Over the last ten years we have stayed at numerous hotels and vacation rentals on Maui, Oahu, and the Big Island, including another on Maui when the Grand Champions condo was booked, and we have yet to find a better overall experience. This condo is the one that got us hooked on vacation rentals instead of hotels and it still remains the best!

Perfect in every way

This condo was the perfect place to stay on Maui. The location on the island was great, close to shops and the beach. The lanai faces the golf course, so coffe in the morning on the lanai was very pleasant. The unit was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a new washer and dryer, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, even nail polish remover and insect repellent! The unit was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms appeared new. The owner suggested a ukulele concert that we attended and enjoyed very much. This was the perfect place for two couples since it has two master bedrooms. We shall be returning.

Roomy, well furnished and great location.

This condo was very roomy and well-appointed, kitchen was updated and well stocked, and the furniture and beds were great. My wife loved the front loading washer/dryer (detergent provided). In addition, having all of the beach gear provided by the condo was very convenient. Was neat using the double shower in the master bathroom. If shower was updated, would be even better. The location within Grand Champions was ideal, with views of the golf course and within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. Condo has 3 window AC's, but we only had them on one day. The 3 ceiling fans were perfect for the non-humid climate. Sonya was terrific and was very responsive and accessible prior to and during our stay.
