Esplanade Elegant Estate has been recently restored and professionally decorated.
This amazing rental is situated in the extremely walkable Bayou St. John/City Park/Fairgrounds neighborhood. Located just two short blocks from the pedestrian entrance to the Jazz Fest, one block from regal tree-lined Esplanade Ave, with many restaurants and grocery stores.
This vivacious rental is 1.5 miles (7 mins by car) away from the French Quarter. You may take a 15 minute walk to the Carrolton/St. Charles Streetcar line (or walk one half block and ride the bus).
This stunning and Gorgeous apartment occupies the entire first floor of an historic home which has been fully remodeled. With 1700 sq ft of living space, this apartment comfortably sleeps our guests in a variety of versatile bed types . This home is considered a "Whole House" rental because it has it’s own independent entrance and shares no interior spaces with its sister unit upstairs. Esplanade Elegance also features 2 separate accesses with no shared space.
There are 12 foot ceilings throughout, Pocket Doors, and hardwood floors. Each Bedroom has a TV. Net ROKU TVs, a Blu-ray DVD player, wifi through the house, Keyless Networked Locks and appliances using state of the art Z-wave technology, and local coffee.
Off Street parking is included for two cars parked on a slant. Also, there is also usually ample parking on both the Lepage and Dupre sides of this corner house.
Drop your suitcase and walk or take a bus (bus stop one half block away) or uber/taxi minutes to the French Quarter, Bourbon St., or downtown.
Relax and Refresh in the over-sized Shower Spa after you have grooved to Festival Favorites. Our Kitchen is fully equipped and only requires ingredients purchased to try your hand at cooking some Traditional New Orleans Cuisine. Groceries and four great restaurants are in walking distance (2 blocks) from the apartment.
All linens and towels are included in this unit, as well as cookware and dishes/utensils. This apartment is truly ready to be ENJOYED as a home base for your Festival adventure!
The patio area includes a large and beautiful newly built deck.
If you need to catch up on business, or cruise the internet, utilize the free high speed WIFI.
Additional features include: free on-site washer/dryer and central air and heat.
There is no reservation deposit but there is a $400 Utilities Fee for all stays 30 Days plus. Renters are responsible for utilities used above the fee. This fee will be collected before check-in.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have teamed up with our third-party cleaning service to develop a very stringent cleaning protocol. Our plan includes personal protection guidelines and upgraded housekeeping cleaning products to kill the mandated 99.9% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
Personal Protection
• Operations personnel and housekeeper’s temperature is frequently checked for fever and required to stay at home if fever is 100.4% or higher and feeling Ill.
• Operation Personnel is required to wear recommended personal protection and maintain 6ft social distancing guidelines. Masks, Gloves and shoe covers are worn at all times while servicing the unit. All employees have been trained on cross contamination procedures as new Personal protection wear is changed between servicing other units.
Prevention
• Housekeeping uses high grade cleaning products approved to kill 99% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
• Housekeepers now use a more enhanced cleaning procedure targeting “High Touched” areas including Doorknobs, Light switches, electronic knobs and remotes, kitchen appliances/ Handles and bathroom fixtures/ faucets etc.
• Disinfectant spray applied to all hard surfaces and furniture after through cleaning.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of everyone involved. These necessary precautions also ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a fresh and clean environment.

We will pay the first day's rental (a $25 value) for any of our guest and the guest is responsible for the other $25 for the minimum two day rental.
