My family had an excellent stay at this property! The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The property was clean and exactly as described. There was plenty of space to accommodate my family and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! I would book again.

A great experience. Excellent communication with the host led to easy check in. The condo had everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation. The view is outstanding. March is certainly the time to go to Myrtle Beach. No crowds, in the restaurant still open, and the water was 80. To say nothing of the reasonable rates compared to Summer.

The price was very reasonable! I was pleased with the check in process, no actual check in the information for my room was sent to me via text. Oceanfront rooms and pool and lazy river. Communicating with the host was great, responses were very quick!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, updated furniture, window treatments and comfortable bed. Even though the building is older, the common areas were well maintained, pools clean and plenty of outside areas to relax. Worked well for our get-a-way vacation.

There was constant construction going on next building over so it wasn't as peaceful of a stay but that is not the fault of the host and we know this will happen. Overall, the stay was good.

Excellent beach view and ease to get too beach Great location. Place was a little dated but had everything needed. The only con was the jetted tub/shower combo. It was hard to get in/out of, especially for someone elderly Brian was helpful answering questions before booking

This was the 2nd or 3rd time we've stayed at this resort. Brian was a great host! He was quick to respond to a few questions I had upon arrival. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The provided items were very helpful and appreciative for our stay. The resort's new management is working on upgrades around the property which is great to see. This is a place we would stay again!

This was a perfect spot for our getaway from the north. Lovely beach view from the balcony and we appreciated the grassy area with lounge chairs and a view on questionable weather days. Noise from the work on the pier and the building next door did affect the sound of ocean waves but overall good value for the money. Bed and living room furniture were comfortable. Excellent communication with the host for easy check-in.

No le gustó: Check-in
Communication prior to arrival was great. Sent several questions and everything was answered immediately. All communications were either by email or text. After riding motorcycles all day in 90 heat and getting to the hotel arrival instructions were sent by text to use Icloud account.. Did not have Icloud account. Tried several times to get an account with no results. Standing outside in 90 heat with no codes to get into the building, tried calling Brian with no answer. Left voicemail. No answer. Wife also tried to call 2 times. No answer. Finally after awhile we had to call VRBO. Put on hold and finally came back with the codes to get in. This whole process was about an hour out in excessive heat. Not sure why if you know people are checking in around 4PM you would not answer your phone. After getting in the condo was clean with all the essentials you need.

I apologize for the miscommunication. I do not know why you could not reach me by phone unless you were dialing the wrong number. My phone is with me 24 hours a day to receive calls from Guests in case of Emergencies or concerns & questions. If VRBO reached me I do not understand why you could not. Codes for your arrival were sent via text to your phone 3 hours prior to arrival. We no longer use an Iclouud account for our check in details. Just simply a text messsage. Thanks for your review.
