This was the perfect place for our family! The decor was minimal (some places have so much sitting around) which made it IDEAL for our inquisitive bunch of littles. We will be re-booking for next year! Thankful for an incredible condo with everything we needed for our home away from home!

2nd floor is nice - beach view and short elevator wait times (or you can use stairs). Unit was roomy, clean and everything worked :-). Splash is a great resort with something for everyone.

Property was clean, second floor ended up being very good as the elevators take forever at this resort. We could easily take the stairs to and from the beach. Having beach chairs included was a big plus. Very nice to not have to pay extra for chairs. Condo could use some new mattresses as these ones were thin and worn; also could use more silverware. We had an issue one night with the fire alarms going off for no reason at 3am, security guard came and unhooked them. Overall decent condo for the price, beach access was good and beach chairs were a nice inclusion. The hosts were very responsive.

The property was exactly described on the listing. It was beautiful with clean rooms and everything that you needed to cook with supplied in the kitchen. It is on the second floor and a close walk to the elevators. Quick access to the splash pad, pools and beach. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful and we saw 2 dolphins one day. The lazy river was closed due to a maintenance problem and wasn’t going to be operating until the week following our stay, and 2 days in a row the pools were shut down due to lightning near by but we never saw any lightning just heard thunder. Lots of people were upset over the pools being shut down. However, our host had nothing to do with that. One of the elevators also caught on fire due to an electrical problem. We weren’t aware of this until the next day. Josh our host was easy to reach and answered questions that I had in a timely manner. Check in and out was very easy. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition.It was quiet and very family friendly. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully, the pools would be up to par next time.

The room was wonderful, great location. The condo property itself well the kiddie water area is super cold. One pool is in the shade all day the other pool and the Lazy river is shaded much of the morning so if you are a beach only person you’ll do great

We enjoyed our stay. The area was perfect for our family. It was away from the bumper to bumper traffic. We will be staying here for sure again.

This unit was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the layout. The bunks were tucked away and not in the entryway as they typically are. The space was well furnished and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great stay for the whole family! We had plenty of room for the teens, adults, and child! The condo was clean and spacious! We had a great view from the balcony. The beach chairs that were included was a great added bonus! And the pool area was lots of fun!

This is a very family-friendly facility. With a smooth check-in process plenty of luggage carts to go around which is a huge plus you're not standing around waiting on anything or anyone convenient to shopping and right on the beach the beach chair service is great and the chairs are super comfortable

Property was clean and the condo had an excellent view of the ocean. Kids wanted to stay in the pools and splash pad areas instead of going to the beach. They enjoyed our time there, so I'm happy. Book a stay with this owner and I'm sure you'll be happy too.

What a beautiful stay. The entire property was clean and beautiful. The condo was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was almost immediate and they made sure we had everything we needed.

Grandson 6th Birthday stay

Great property, especially for children and adults that may like to stay at a pool away from the sun. Condo was roomy and had all necessities. Location on the west side of PCB was not as crowded. Great place to stay!!

Definitely a place we will stay again.

This was hands down the most relaxing family vacation we have ever had. The grandkids had a blast and the condo was amazing. We will definitely stay again.
