A great location, but also a roomy and comfortable place. The kitchen is well stocked, there's room for groups to hang out and the yard provides another great place to have fun. One of our favorite places to stay in Duluth.

The rental was beautiful and felt like home. We were especially appreciative that the kitchen had so many different pans, utensils, and dishes. Worked out great to host 9 people. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here while in town for a family wedding. The home was very spacious and exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful extras, including two large TVs, comfortable beds, puzzles and books, and helpful information about the local area.The host was friendly and provided clear, helpful information for the check-in process, which made everything easy from the start. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This house was updated with the kitchen being stocked with so many items it would be hard to need something that wasn't there. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. Floors were clean. Host responded in a reasonable time with questions. Highly recommend it for those needing a place near Duluth with large number of people

Lovely home a few minutes out of Duluth...10 to 15 min? Close to Spirit Mountain. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, area around was quiet, it has a country feel.

Wonderful family trip

Property was clean and as pictured, easy access and check out. Made for a fantastic family get away with excellent amenities and a great host with recommendations made it special.

Excellent, clean, large, easy parking adorable home near Spirit Mountain

5 adults and 2 sets of twins age 4 & 8 stayed 3 nights for National snocross racing. Accommodations were super clean, tons of space (more spacious than the pics show), space for parking 2 trucks and one with a race trailer, easy access and check in/out, highly recommend!

The house was very clean and spacious! Held our group of nine very well! The host submitted all of the information in a timely manner. I requested an earlier check in and he accommodated, however it took a bit to get an answer. We had a great time, thank you!

This place is great and we love coming back to it. It's spacious, had everything we need and the locking bike shed is a great bonus. Matthew was very responsive when we had questions during our stay and his instructions were clear and reasonable. Thanks for helping make our trip awesome!

Clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood

Friends and I had a great stay here. Close to trails, super quiet, sparkling clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils/pots/appliances, too. Thank you!

Great space

This was a great place to have alot of family gather. The weather did not cooperate so it was nice to have enough room inside for everyone to visit for a bit. It was very clean and comfortable!
