This Premier Sunrise House at the base of Spirit Mountain overlooks the Saint Louis River with gorgeous sunrise views. You can book for 2 to 12 guests with additional fees per person after 2. Discounted rentals and ski passes.

The "Sunrise" house is designed to offer a unique living experience, highlighted by its prime riverfront location and breathtaking unobstructed views of the sunrise. The architecture and layout of the house are carefully crafted to take full advantage of the natural light that floods the interior each morning. Large windows and open spaces create a seamless connection between the indoors and the beautiful outdoor scenery, allowing residents to enjoy the tranquil views of the river and the sky as dawn breaks.
The property features a well-designed two-story home with a heated two-car garage. The main floor includes two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen bed, a modern kitchen, a large dining room, a laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Accessibility is prioritized with a convenient wheelchair ramp available upon request.
The basement offers additional family room space, including two bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, a shared bathroom, and a sauna for relaxation. The large family room is furnished with 2 pull-out couches, a designated play area for children located under the stairs, and a walk-out patio, providing a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

This was the perfect house for our big family. We especially loved the kitchen with the big table, which everyone was able to get around. The house was nice & clean & check in/out was a breeze. We also had good communication with the host. There was also a good share of us that also got out & enjoyed the trails next to the house. We liked that it was tucked away from all the hustle & bustle, so we could relax at the end of every busy day, but also liked how close & quick it was to get to everything.

This charming retreat stands as one of our five most sought-after homes. We take immense pleasure in accommodating large groups, allowing them to revel in the generous space. However, what truly captivates us is the breathtaking view! We are delighted to have not just one, but two houses that offer uninterrupted, sweeping vistas of the stunning sunrise, free from any construction or obstructions. Such a fun time with extended family. Huge kitchen table for meals and games. Plenty of space for 10, plus our dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to trails, park and creamery. We did spy the local bear on the trail, but the neighbor assured us he was a frequent visitor and was not aggressive. Mind you we only stopped to snap a picture then quickly moved on though! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

This was a beautiful home with lots of extras for the stay. Only reason for not rating skiing is that we did not ski! The home is large and spacious but very warm and inviting to guests. Thank you for the great stay!

The house is very clean and well put together. Very spacious and accommodating for large groups. Heated garage was awesome! Sauna was great after a cold night at Bentleyville. Owners were accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The house was great! Basically a brand new home, nice and clean. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Kitchen area and dining area were perfect for entertaining for our families. Sauna was a hit! Ski lift was very close (about .3 miles) across the main street. Thank you for the great experience; we would stay again anytime; maybe we will plan a summer/fall trip. Cheers!

Spirit Mountain Wedding

Fabulous weekend

Top Tier Hosts and Property
This was a great house! Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. Every room was very clean and very nice. The property managers were very kind and did a very good job about reaching out to make sure our stay was exceptional! Overall this was a very nice house and in a very nice neighborhood!

Weekend getaway to Duluth
Stayed here for a weekend getaway with some close friends. The house was as advertised and is a beautiful place to stay! We all loved the layout and how it had everything we needed. The sauna is a huge plus after being outside all day! Will be staying here again on our next getaway to Duluth!

That dining room table is so nice with the fireplace and large tv and being close to the kitchen. Our family always seem to gather in the kitchen and this area just makes it a great place to be together. Then you add the deck and the view! Please come back and stay with us again in the future!

Spacious new build that had plenty of space for our business retreat. A comfortable place to stay and plenty of room to meet. Great trails just outside our door for walk/running or biking. Close to Duluth restaurants for dining options or a great kitchen to dine in. Would highly recommend these units!

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and clean. The trays on the beds added a very welcoming touch. The management was very attentive to anything we needed. The only negative was no comfortable seating on the main level for those that have difficulty with stairs or want to keep the cook company. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests, we will be back!
