Love this adorable condo! It was perfect. Close to all the great restaurants! The pools were outstanding and we enjoyed all of the amenities. It was very clean and smelled great when you stepped in.

Everything was as expected. Room was clean and had what we needed to cook meals. Great amenities. Kids loved the Bay Area behind the condo and the lazy river. We will definitely be staying here again. Perfect for families and very convenient for beach access.

Great place! Great location! We had an issue with one of the toilets but maintenance was there within an hour and fixed it! We had some cold days but the pool was warm! Kids had fun catching crabs along the bay. Overall our family of 5 had a great time and would stay again!

Perfect Getaway!!

Wonderful Stay in Destin

We had a great stay at Destin West! Between the lazy river, pools, and beach there was always something to do. Close proximity to local restaurants, shops, Publix meant you didn’t have to travel far once you arrive. Would recommend!

Mother/Daughter getaway

Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. Beautiful views. The beach wagon w/chairs and umbrella and the washer/dryer in the unit made our stay so much more enjoyable!!

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice, everything you may need is there. The lazy river pool was a close walk and very fun. The beach wasn't too far and was beautiful. We would definitely come back for another stay!

A Special Place We Keep Coming Back To

This is always a special place for our family to spend vacation time. The location is perfect—offering the best of both worlds with easy access to both the beach and the bay area. We love the variety, from relaxing by the water to enjoying the pools and lazy river. Our condo has everything we need to feel right at home for the week. Great location, plenty of space

Pelican 401 was just as advertised. There was plenty of space, sleeping options, and is the corner unit so it has 2 balconies (one in front and one in back).

Loved This Place

This was our third stay at Destin West Beach & Bay resort. Once again, loved our stay. First stay at this condo and it was very clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the view of the lazy river & the bay. The entire resort is well maintained. Parking is always easy. Booking thru Coastal Vibes Vacations is very easy and you have no worries about them taking care of you.

our one month in pelican condo 401

The condo was very clean! It was supplied with all you needed. The bed was very comfortable and we were never bothered with noise. the pool area was large and we were always able to find chairs. We are planning on coming next year! Very enjoyable place.

Very Nice - 3rd visit

Great room and facility. There were plenty of dishes, bedding and paper products for the 2 of us. We really like the lazy river. The grassy area surrounding the lazy river is well taken care of also. The beach access is also nice, although we did not visit the beach this time.
