Welcome to Lakeshore, one of our Luxury Collection homes at Arrowhead Lakes in Glendale, Arizona.
Make yourself at home in this 2800 square foot expansive home with a layout that is perfect for family getaways, golfing couples and friends looking for the perfect getaway vacation home. Decorated in a comfortable Tommy Bahama style, Lakeshore says vacation from the minute you enter the front door.

Lakeshore offers four spacious bedrooms, a game room with a pool table and flat screen TV, comfortable seating with a large TV in the great room. The outdoor area boasts a resort style pool with a swim up table. Enjoy the barbecue grill and ample outdoor seating to take in the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Revel in the beautiful sunsets and wonderful weather the Phoenix area is famous for. For those cool and star gazing nights enjoy the hot tub that seats 4 to 6 people or gather around the cozy fire pit to roast marshmallows. Taking the pontoon boat out for sunset cruises or catch and release fishing is a "must do" during your stay!

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second level. The master retreat has a king size bed, a large master bath and a private balcony with seating to enjoy the incredible views. Guest room #2 has one queen bed and guest room #3 is a two-queen bedded room. Both share the second bathroom located on the same level. The main floor bedroom has a king bed with the third full bath just adjacent to it. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, and all boast comfortable beds and luxury linens.

Access to the home is through a keyless entry. The property Manager will provide check-in details a day or two prior to your arrival.

You will have exclusive access to the property during your stay. Our property management team is available to answer any questions or address anything that arises during your stay. We're nearby in case you need anything other than that we'll leave you to enjoy your stay.

Arrowhead Lakes is a beautiful community located in Glendale, Arizona in the Northwest part of the valley. Situated North of Beardsley up to Melinda Lane and 51st Avenue to the east this quiet neighborhood is nestled in the shadows of the Thunderbird foot hills and has four separate lakes that run through the community. With access to the lakes ( Great Falls, Emerald, Sunset and Shadow Mountain Lakes) for fishing and boating it is an outdoor paradise.

Arrowhead Lakes is in a great location, with easy access to the Loop 101 making driving anywhere in the valley a breeze. It's close to shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, biking, fitness centres, golf courses, water parks and only a 10 minute drive to the University of Phoenix Stadium - home of the Cardinals. Enjoy a baseball game at the Peoria Sports Complex or catch some baseball Spring Training. You feel like you're staying in a secluded lake community but actually you are not far from downtown Phoenix.

All of our homes in the Luxury Collection are kept to the same high standards. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, luxury linens, comfortable beds as well as lovely touches like bath robes in each bedroom, a basket of refreshments to welcome you when you arrive and all of the amenities to make your stay a memorable one.

We offer a 3-bedroom, 4 bedroom and 5-bedroom homes in our Luxury Collection. Once you stay in one of our homes in Arrowhead Lakes it will be hard to stay anywhere else!

* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees.

* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.

* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.

* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.

* The pontoon boat is provided at no additional charge for your stay and is available for your use. We maintain the boat to the best of our abilities and perform checks before each guest's arrival to make sure that they are charged and in working order. However, we cannot control mechanical failures or other unforeseen circumstances that may make the boat unusable for your stay. In the event the boat is not in working order, no refunds will be given. The rate quoted is purely for the rental of the house and the property itself. The boat is offered as a free amenity and is offered without any guarantees made about its availability during your stay.

* For safety reasons use of the pontoon boat is prohibited if temperatures are over 95 degrees or if we are experiencing high winds. No compensation is provided if the boat cannot be used due to weather.

* No one under the age of 25 is allowed to drive the boat. No exceptions.
