Great place to stay

Location is close to the beach and easy to find. Interior was cozy and homey. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms, all clean.

Weekend on the lake

This property was clean, close to Higgins lake and the owner was responsive and very helpful with anything we needed! Will definitely consider staying with them again.

Higgins stay

Long weekend

The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood! It was the perfect location to go to the places we had planned! The host was easy to get ahold of when needed! Was pleased with our choice!

Amazing weekend stay!

Stayed a 3 day weekend at this cabin and had an amazing time. Caught fish, went to the beach, had fires, and grilled out. Blair was immediate to respond to any questions I had. Will be coming back in the near future! Thanks Blair!

Perfect for a getaway!

The place was clean and cozy as advertised. My fiancé and I wanted to get away for a quick boating weekend somewhere other than our families cabin. The only thing I will say, is the Kelly beach launch didn’t seem open for the public to use. There were no parking signs all along the street, so we ended up launching out of South Higgins State Park. It was only a little over three miles so it wasn’t a big deal. We will most likely make this a yearly trip in the summer!

All the beds are so comfortable. It was very stocked in the kitchen. It even had fans. And a washer and dryer.

Perfect spot

We found the home to be just what we were looking for- clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. We were skiing at XC Ski Headquarters just a half mile down the road; but this property is centrally located to Higgins Lake, Roscommon, Grayling and all the other attractions in the area. I found Blair to be very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely come back again!

Comfy and relaxing!

This place was as advertised. Clean and cozy. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cottage in the Higgins Lake area. The quietness of the neighborhood was great.

Nice place. Would rent again.

Overall was a good stay. Not really a cabin inside, more traditional home look but cute place. Clean with everything you’d need. Farther away than expected from Kelly Beach and the beach had no public parking. We were asked to wash up the sheets and towels along with vacuuming floor etc. upon checking out. That was new for us when paying a cleaning fee but we were informed with Covid issues this is required. Wasn’t too difficult and we were happy to meet that request during these odd times. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with other than a small glitch on check-in which he finally worked out and was apologetic. Great price and we would definitely rent again.

Family Trip to Higgins Lake

We stayed here to visit Higgins Lake in all its beauty. Not lake side but only a short drive to get there. Property owner Blair was very nice and helpful.

First experience for kids

Everything was great except for the bugs and no cable if you ask my grandchildren. LOL. But great for us adults. Loved the area and the beach.
