I’ve stayed here many times the place is absolutely beautiful and location is superb! The Realty company they work with is excellent and truly takes into consideration all of your needs and is very responsive, kind and considerate when you have challenges.

Spring getaway

Our stay was fantastic. The townhouse was perfect with spectacular views from the main living area and the master bedroom. We loved Amelia Island and look forward to staying here again.

Stunning views of ocean from this lovely bright condo. The Three bedrooms offered us lots of room. Nice balcony for morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. Fernandina town was a nice surprise. The condo could supply some beach chairs-I think I saw one. We were kept busy for a wedding so it didn’t matter to us.

Wonderful stay, great location!

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. The views of the dunes and ocean were incredible. We also really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the dunes in the morning as well as the sunrise! I would highly recommend, no complaints.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very close to the beach and it was wonderful. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay again!!

Loved this place!

Five college girlfriends stayed here for an amazing weekend. The accommodations were comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the pool were ideal. This was a great value and stay!

The beach is spectacular and the view from the balcony was wonderful.

The property is in a prime beach location. The property manager went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay.

Great Christmas week at the beach.

We wanted a warm get away! The sunrises over the ocean were beautiful. The house was perfect for our stay.

Fantastic beach property

We unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view is exceptional. I will look for this unit again when we return to Amelia Island.

The location and the unit itself were excellent. We loved the accessibility to the beach and the step-less boardwalk to the beach. We found the unit had an amazingly well stocked kitchen (utensils, appliances, small appliances, etc.) and we were impressed by the furnishings of the unit itself. The entire complex is also VERY pet friendly and nearly everyone there had their dog with them. Communication with the property management was excellent and easy, too. We'll absolutely look to book here again in the future.

Return to Amelia Island

Our No. 1 priority was the ocean view, and the Sailmaker more than met our expectations. There were only two of us - and my sister's dog - so we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a home away from home, except on the ocean. Best part was taking the dog to the beach. So glad we returned to Amelia Island.

Great beach location

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation . The house has wonderful view of beach and easy access to both beach and pool . The condo comfortably accommodated our family of four. Downtown area is just short drive from condo .

Great getaway for our Family

Perfect getaway for our family. Inside condo was nicely prepared for our stay. View from condo was gorgeous. Beach was easily accessible. Can't wait to come back. Thanks for the regular communications to make sure our vacation was going well.

Amelia getaway

Great location- on the beach, within minutes to tennis courts and pool and exercise room......easy and close to great grocery store- and fun avctivites to tackle in Fernandina.

Absolutely amazing!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here! The unit was beautiful! We loved the fact that it was an end unit and had so many windows/views. Everything you could want or need is right here and our family can’t wait to come back!

Nice beachfront condo

Location was perfect for our family. The set-up worked well. Unit needs a bit of updating (furniture) and kitchen utensils/pans. Also, had to space out showers due to limited hot water. Great beach access and close to restaurants.
