Located on the Thirteenth Beach Golf Links Estate, my retreat style home is the perfect way to unwind and relax during your long awaited holiday. With access to two championship golf courses, the surf beach and onsite pool, my home has you covered. Sleeping up to 8 guests, our home comes complete with two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private and shared laundry amenities, and a beautiful green backyard, my property is the home away from home you’ve been looking for!


My idyllic home is conveniently located just an 8 minute drive to Barwon shopping village, 20 minutes to Geelong Adventure park and 20 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean road. A beautiful home in a fantastic location, it's perfect for a relaxing and stress-free getaway.


Entering my home you will be greeted with an open plan living area featuring a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area. Brightly lit and beautifully designed, my lounge area is the ideal place to hangout after a long day of exploring the area. Opening out onto the outdoor entertaining area, your backyard for the weekend is a vast green golf course.


The kitchen boast stainless steel appliances, a convection cook top, oven, dishwasher, plenty of storage and a generous bench space, allowing you to entice your inner chef. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards for those wanting to cook, wine and dine in as well as complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks for you to enjoy. For the travelling professional, next to the dining table is a small work space available for your use.


Moving into the living quarters, you’ll find two well-sized bedrooms to choose from. Both bedrooms are fitted with hotel quality sheets and linen, with the beds arranged as 2 king size beds, or 4 singles. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the living room, where the two lounges double as sofa beds sleeping two each!


The central bathroom servicing my home is stocked with essential toiletries and soft cotton towels for each guest. If you’re here on business or for an extended stay, you’ll be happy to know that there is communal laundry with a washer, dryer and iron. The necessary detergents have also been provided.

Guest access


Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to my home, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.


Other things to note


There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.


In addition, guests queries are to be directed to us only. PLEASE DO NOT TO LIAISE WITH THE RESORT. Guests amenities is within the unit. DOT NOT USE THE TOWELS IN THE LAUNDRY OF THE RESORT. If the resort staff see anyone helping themselves with the resort's properties, there will be a fine of $20/towel. Amenities in the resort do not include the GYM, fines of $80 will apply.

No barbecues or external cooking devices are permitted within the resort. All guests have full access to the common barbecue area located within the resort.
