*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Cute but a lil dated

Darling home with some quirks. Manager came quickly and fixed what was needed to be done. Perfect for a family of 4, with room to lounge in our own spaces. Living fireplace works great!

Perfect Christmas Home for Families

Beautiful property, looked just like the pictures! Very spacious and in a great location! Check in & check out was easy. Communication was fantastic and responses were prompt. We had a lovely time staying here. If we’re ever back in South Lake Tahoe we will make sure to stay at this property again.

Great Stay

The house is very spacious and was great for what we needed. Backyard is great for hanging out but be aware the sprinklers do kick on at random. Easy walk to the private beach located in the neighborhood. Zephyr Cove public beach can also be accessed out the backyard exit about 15 minutes walk. Close to South Lake Tahoe for casinos, bars, food etc. property manager was easy to reach by phone as well for any questions. Property was clean and we had plenty of supplies for a three night stay with 8 guests. We booked for a bachelor party and the property did not disappoint.

perfect family beach

We had a great time spending the day at the private beach, which was within walking distance. Road noise was a bit much, but the property was great.

Family friendly

Checking and communication was great. The layout of the property is great for families or multiple couples. The downstairs has ample space for family game night and cooking was relatively easy as the kitchen was well stocked with adequate silverware, cutlery, and pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine with filters, etc. The left side of the oven does in fact work, you just have to know that there’s an additional button to push in the top left. The BBQ was easy to use. We didn’t use the hiring but it seemed ready to go and clean. Tons of tree pollen outside so we didn’t really use the outside backyard for anything. Easy access to a trail to Zephyr Cove beach area. We could have used some additional extra blankets to use downstairs in the couch, and having stayed at multiple rentals before, it would be great if small items like shampoo and body soap were available as that stuff is often hard to carry on an airplane. It would be easy to put a permanent large dispenser in the bathroom areas and have the cleaners refill each time. We came in summer but I can see how this location would be great for skiers home base. 30 minutes from Carson City, 1 hour to Virginia City.

We had a really great time and I was so grateful for the early check-in and late check out. The house was well equipped. There could've been some extra towels and blankets. That would have been helpful. The left side oven didn't work after the power went out for four hours Friday night. Hot tub worked great! The screen on the back patio door came off the first time we tried to open it. The area around the barbecue was absolutely filthy. Deep greasy grime. I would suggest that the housekeepers give this a deep clean, maybe? The beds were super comfortable with very soft sheets! The location was awesome and super convenient to Zephyr Cove and Safeway! Overall… It was wonderful and we had so much fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and a good location. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard and hot tub were very nice. We liked the large sectional and kitchen. cons: Dishwasher really didn't work, so we washed by hand. One roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper for a whole week, so we had to purchase those items. Place is outdated as far as decor/interior finishes. Several items didn't work, but property manager came right away. NO Closets and NO hangers and no place to hang clothes. Property manager brought some hangers (very nice of him) and I hung stuff on the fireplace mantle. Really need a clothes hanging rack. Close to zero plastic containers with lids in kitchen. It worked well for our family. Property manager was excellent - friendly, responsive, came immediately and always returned calls right away.

Short Trip with Friends

We stayed here for 2 nights just among friends. Check-in and check-out was easy. The bedrooms were fairly clean. One note though. This house is supposed to fit up to 10 people, but the water heater tank is one of the smallest one I've ever seen. If you all take a shower around the same time, I guarantee you that a few people will be taking cold showers as it happened to us. Kitchen, living room, and dining area make a great hangout spot. The down side is that the kitchen and dining area lights were flickering a lot. Also found a few spiderwebs with spiders crawling around. The property manager told me that they always clean the place after each guest checks out. Something tells me that it is not the case. The fire pit was not available for use. The hot tub was filled with ants. The property manager did come and clean it, however, we were uncomfortable getting in the hot tub considered how much chemical was used for the ants. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the place was a little outdated. We are not too picky, so we didn't care too much. My review is mainly here to inform people about those flaws that might be a dealbreaker.

Great place & Fantastic location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Especially for Epic Pass Holders, this home is located dead center between Kirkwood, Heavenly and Northstar. Stores are very close for any needs. Home is quite spacious, and well equipped. Super nice kitchen with plenty of room for a lot of people. My kids sat at the bar all week for meals. We had only a few inches of snow and the driveway was plowed, so very easy to get out. TV access was the only real challenge in the home. We were unable to watch a whole lot. Outside of that, I would definitely book this place again.

Amazing stay

The house had everything we needed. It had a very nice kitchen with an industrial stove and a large table where we all could sit together. The hot tub worked really well, and the backyard was beautiful. The only thing to note is that it did not have any toiletry (shampoo etc).

Perfect ski weekend stay

The house was perfect for a family group. We appreciated that 3 bedrooms had attached baths, the huge living/kitchen area, and great backyard with hot tub, grill and more.

All the Essentials

Group of friends all met for Skiing and enjoyed the stay. All the essentials to have a good stay are there with lots of space for everyone. Big garage for skis, lots of pots and pans, and a large grill. Only thing we noticed is lots of burnt out lights and some of the light switches were missing pieces. Final thing was not an issue for our group but in the winter with the snow 5 cars might be a squeeze.

Birthday weekend success

Stayed here with a party of 8 adults and had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves without feeling on top of each other. The rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting. There were more than enough pots, pans and utensils to use for cooking, the instructions were simple to understand and we had a great time

Great location good for families, cleaning desired

Great property for families located in upscale neighborhood with access to private community beach. The location worked great for our family vacation with friends that included 4 kids under 5. The major complaint from the guests that stayed in the downstairs bedrooms was the rooms and bedding was dusty and triggered strong allergic reactions. Background was nice but lawn needed to be mowed, water feature in backyard had stagnant water sitting in it, and the fire pit was locked. Internet kept going out downstairs and there were a couple of outstanding maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Only 2 beach passes even though up to 5 cars were allowed. But overall, was a nice place to stay. Would consider staying again.

Great neighborhood!

Very nice home in a fabulous neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay ~ home is as it is represented in the photos. We had everything we needed. It was a great location for enjoying all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is a lovely area and really enjoyed the private beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to get ready for a wedding

Comfortable, spacious stay

Friends and I gathered here for a golf trip recently, and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We had to call the property manager once about the wifi. World class was quick to respond and send someone over to fix the router. Hot tub was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Great stay, few flaws.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exceptionally clean! However, upon getting settled we only found 1 dish towel to use in a house with a full kitchen, we could’ve used a few more. There was only 1 roll of paper towels which went quickly and no trash bags. Other than that, the house was great!

Needed maintenance to fix oven; two running toilets; not cleaned well at all

TV: We first could not locate the t.v. remote, managers were called and I was given a song and dance about bringing my own Roku. Found tv remote on day two of stay in the couch cushions. OVEN: Oven did not work. The fix required two maintenance staff to divert electricity at outside circuit box. Oven electricity had been turned to 110 the day before our reservation when same maintenance persons had been at location to work on air conditioning. They also removed a filthy air filter from ceiling and did not replace the filter for the furnace/air conditioning system. Two Running toilets: Maintenance persons were unable to repair running toilets. They had to be messed with after every flush. Poor cleaning: Dirty home. Dirty couches and ottoman in living room. Hair in shower drains. Shower walls needed to be washed. Hair on bathroom floors along edges. Decorative pillows on beds were dirty and needed a washing. Windows needed a spring cleaning. Lawn sprinklers: Sprinklers go off every morning in the front yard hitting the cars in driveway. Sprinklers in the backyard go on everyday at 2:00 p.m. spraying water on the deck closest to the house making backyard use impossible in the middle of the day. To summarize, the three days were not so pleasant due to the situations listed. The home is used for mining crypto in the garage. The use by renters appeared to be a secondary concern.

Weekend Getaway

Spent an extended weekend at this location. The house is perfect for hosting a get together with friends. Tons of space in the living room / dining room / kitchen. The backyard is also perfect for grilling and hanging out. We really enjoyed walking out to the lake from the back of the house as well. Really pretty property, convenient quiet location. I would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.
