I stayed in Ptown a few times and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Really gorgeous and clean interior. Very comfortable living spaces. And it’s so close to the town you walk everywhere. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 and I would definitely stay again!

Great location & super cute

My friends & I really loved the house! There was enough space for 7 of us, which was really nice and the location was perfect for walking to everything on Commercial.

Mac’s place was absolutely perfect. They were excellent hosts - everything was clean and ready for us. Location is great, and the property’s features make it above and beyond! Would rent every year!

A charming house in a great location

This is a charming house with a very quirky layout, nicely maintained and thoughtfully updated. The location is outstanding, on a quiet side street but only about a five minute walk from the very center of town.

Beautiful House & Great Location

We had a wonderful time! Mac was a great host and his rental home is beautiful and conveniently located -- less than a 5-minute walk to and from Commercial Street / the heart of town. It was exactly what we needed for our brief getaway vacation. I'd definitely recommend staying here while in P-town!

Very Charming

The property was fabulous for our stay… easy 2-block walk to town center, well-appointed kitchen and home, lots of room, clean and very charming! The driveway providing on-site parking was a bonus. Thanks to the owners… we had a great stay at your home!

My friends and I had a great stay at Mac’s house. We reached out to Mac a couple times over the course of our stay and our issues were always resolved. Great communication, good set up and beautiful house. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Charming and well-located

We booked this property for a weeklong stay. The house is incredibly charming and well equipped. It’s a less than 5 minute walk to town center and around the corner from a CVS for anything you might forget. The hosts were gracious and responsive. Would book again!

Beautiful house, great location.

Mac and Sam’s place is so beautiful and comfortable. Moments from Commercial Street, but on a quiet road. Comms from Mac were great. There were eight adults, and the place is big enough that we all felt comfortable. We would stay here again and again.

Great House for a group

We had a lovely week in this house, it had everything we needed and the four bedrooms were able to accommodate 6 easily. Two of the bedrooms were big enough for couples, while the other two were smaller, and better for 1 person. Mac was communicative and helpful, five stars!

Absolutely awesome cottage!

This cottage is even better in person! We love the awesome layout, gorgeous upgrades, bathrooms and kitchen. This cottage is walking distance to literally everything. It does have a steep staircase but the kids didn’t care at all and they loved the upstairs family room and bedrooms. Mac was very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this cottage for your next Ptown stay.

Awesome house

We loved our stay! The house is exactly as described and was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9 to 1). The layout of the house and all the furnishings were great, as were the outdoor spaces / shower. Mac is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the check-in process couldn't have been simpler. We also really loved the location - incredibly close to everything but also in a quiet part of town. We took Mac's recommendation and tried Mistralino - we liked it so much we ate there twice! Thanks, Mac, for a wonderful week at your charming house.

Just the right spot

This property is a perfect distance from the restaurants and bars on Commercial Street, as they are easily walkable but the street itself is quiet and not at all congested. The property has been been tastefully updated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, and a w/d. We grillled and ate in the backyard several evenings, and cooked and ate in the kitchen most others. There is ample seating in both. Mac was an accomodating and responsive host, and took care of everything we needed from him. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in AMAZING location

Mac's home is absolutely stunning - there is ample room across 4 separate bedrooms with 2 different living room areas and a gorgeous kitchen that has everything you need. The front and backyard have great space for cocktails and grilled dinners including an amazing outdoor shower! The real treat was the location. Situated 2 blocks behind Commercial Street and smack in the center of town, walking anywhere took no more than 5-10 minutes in either direction. Mac was incredibly responsive and friendly. Will 100% stay here again!

If you're looking for a great spot in PTown for a small group, look no further! House was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, close to everything, and so many electrical outlets you'll never have to worry about where to charge your device. Kitchen was STACKED with everything needed to make a full course meal, gorgeous outdoor area (outdoor shower is a must), and we were able to park a Jeep Wrangler and another SUV in the driveway without issue. The house comes with almost everything you could want/need on vacation with tons of brand new appliances and everything else. Mac was the PERFECT host and couldn't be more clear and kind with easy to follow instructions and spots to check out in PTown. Can't imagine staying anywhere else for future trips, and cannot wait to book again!!!

Great Location - Charming Vibe

Stayed here with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed it! The decor and vibe of the house is really cool, charming, and well-done. It's very cozy and great for a group of friends. The location is incredible and really walkable to the main Ptown attractions. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas (outdoor shower, adirondack chairs, outdoor dining) and Mac the hose was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Unforgettable Experience

Looking for an idyllic Cape Cod style home in the heart of PTown? Look no further. This incredibly clean home boasts plenty of comfortable space both indoor and outdoor and is just two blocks off of Commercial Street. The owner was incredibly communicative and welcoming. We'll certainly be looking to book this house again.
