As other guests hove noted, this is an outstanding property all around. The house is beautiful, well-stocked and well-maintained. The location is ideal, and communication with the host(s) couldn't be smoother. We've already booked another stay and can't wait to return!

Amazing house with tons of Provincetown charm from the tasteful decor to the beautiful outdoor spaces. Highly recommend staying here. The location is wonderful. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the house! Thank you for the amazing memories.

Beautiful house, perfect location. Many lovely outdoor areas, including a porch where you can watch all the passers by. Stunning hydrangeas out front. Highly recommend!

So very pleased with this quaint, clean, perfectly outfitted PTown cottage. Well appointed with comfy seating for coffee time and bespoke decorative items. Great selection of varied books, and we particularly enjoyed all the interesting lamps. Great beds and linens. Excellent location for exploring Commercial St while still being away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed people watching from the porch swing, and the evening sounds from them are easily silenced with a fan or the small sound machine provided; had no problem at all sleeping. Charming all around and hope to book again!

Fabulous stay in PTown!

Recently stayed at Steve & Jim’s place in Ptown with some family visiting from Ireland. We had an amazing time! The house is in a wonderful location & has all the nice touches to make it feel like a real classy home. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a gorgeous house that has been beautifully renovated and decorated with very tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped. Jennifer adds thoughtful touches to the rental experience that make staying here quite special.

Great House, Great Location, Great Host

We had a wonderful week at 104 Commercial. The house is as lovely as advertised, the location is amazing and the host was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely would book again.

Another great stay in Provincetown!

The house is spectacular and the location is ideal , in a quieter part of town but steps away from shops and restaurants. It is also a perfect spot to sit on the porch in the morning or evening and watch the world go by. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay

We’ve been coming to ptown for 15 years and this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. So convenient to everything - beach, west end , center of town . Great porch for people watching. The house itself is beautiful . Best feature is every room has a king bed !

Annual Book Club PTown trip!

We have been comping to PTown for about 12 years now and this is by far our best rental!!! Great location, and amenities. Also so fabulously decorated!! We were very cozy and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

A Wonderful House

We had a terrific time in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Communication and check-in were smooth, the house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and the front porch provided the best people-watching in town. We hope to return next year!

Best spot and best hosts!

Our second time to stay and we never want to leave! Steve is a wonderful host. House is perfectly appointed. Great location. Quiet, relaxing and great people watching. Am looking forward to another, much longer, stay in the future!
