Our Lakefront cottage is located on Lake Bellaire, a part of the Antrim County’s lower chain of lakes. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has 1900 square feet of air-conditioned and heated spacious living. Panoramic lake views can be seen from almost every room.

The master bedroom suite is comfortably furnished with a king size bed and private bath. The first guest room has a queen size bed and a spectacular view of Lake Bellaire, and the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed.

The two first floor bedrooms share a bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, with complete utensils and cookware. A real stone gas fireplace awaits you in the morning and a large covered porch is perfect for taking in views of the lake. A 50" flat screen TV is also provided in the family room with Spectrum.

Over 200 feet of cedar dock is the perfect setting for fishing and sunsets. A mooring buoy is also available for boat docking. Skiers and golfers will enjoy the close proximity to Shanty Creek Resort, Schuss Mountain, The Chief, and Hawk’s Eye. Hikers and Bikers will enjoy the close proximity to Glacial Hills Pathways and Natural Area, and the Grass River Natural Area.

Beautiful house! Beautiful Lake!

This house is perfect. Everything was pristine. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need including spices, dishes, utensils. There is a nice area to put in Kayaks. The dock is perfect to swim off. The fire pit is lovely. The lake is very quiet with lots of lovely loon sounds. Close to the cute town of Bellaire. Close to Glacial hills which has well marked hiking trails. Close to the Grass river for kayaking. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Beautiful property. Very spacious living area with a well-stocked kitchen. Very nice fire pit. Very convenient location only three miles from the grocery store and very close to some very nice hiking trails.

Lake Bellaire family trip

Beautiful views in a modern comfortable lake cottage. Enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. Plenty of docking space for pontoon with easy assess to grass river, clam lake and Torch. Our 8th year at the cottage and we will be back next year.

Wonderful rental

What a wonderful home with gorgeous views and close to many places. We went to Mackinac, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Torch Lake & Elk Lake. Everything we needed was stocked in this rental! Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Comfortable lake cottage

This is a modern cottage on the north end of Lake Bellaire, complete with a dock for your boat. There are no homes on the opposite shore, making for tranquil lake views. The place is clean and the kitchen is reasonably appointed. We would stay here again.

Annual lake house trip to Lake Bellaire

Our 7th summer enjoying this cottage and lake Bellaire. We love the waterfront, fishing and swimming from the dock. Easy location to dock your pontoon and enjoy the Chain O’Lakes.

Our 6th summer on Lake Bellaire. We love this cottage on the lake.

Nice clean and comfortable cottage. All the amenities you need. Good internet to allow for those important meetings. Dock for the pontoon and easy fishing. We caught Northern Pike, bass, crappy and perch off the dock. Another fun summer trip with t3 generations of family.

Our 6th consecutive summer at this cottage. It is a family favorite full of fun on the water.

Great home that is fully stocked and immaculate. Beautiful views, great dock for fishing and swimming. Easy boat docking as well. Enjoy the ease of this trip every time we visit this property.

Lovely Up North home!

Great family rental on Lake Bellaire. Very clean and great kitchen and great room area.Large master bedroom upstairs, 2 other bedrooms downstairs with bathroom.

The View

Upon arriving to this property you are greeted to a stunning view of Lake Bellaire, which never got old. The house was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen and more. The owner Tom was always quickly to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Next trip to the area we will definitely rent this house again.

Nice Stay

We recently visited Tom’s property. Everything was great aside from the weather. Ease of access checking in/out and nice accommodations for the whole family. If there was an issue or something needing to be addressed Tom was quick to respond and send help.

Amazing Property

This property was perfect for a long weekend - we wish we could have stayed longer! Close to a ton of fun things, but also just a great home to relax at. The kitchen was stocked with all kitchen items needed to cook meals which made staying even better. We will be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We stayed at this wonderful cottage in February for a ski trip. We could not have asked for anything more. The house is well maintained, in a great quiet location and not far from the bars/restaurants or skiing. We are already talking about rebooking for a summer stay to enjoy the waterfront property.

Not just for summer vacations!

We stayed at this cottage over the summer and we so enjoyed it that we decided to book a winter vacation there too! The views of Lake Bellaire were just as beautiful in the winter as they were in the summer. The fireplace made the cottage so cozy! The town of Bellaire was decorated for the holidays! And, the owner made sure the cottage drive was plowed for us throughout our stay. It was a super convenient location for skiing and snowmobiling without having to deal with the crowds at a resort.

Beautiful Getaway

White Birch Cottage was very true to the listing, and immaculately clean. Beautiful setting on the lake, and very close to the cute town of Bellaire and several parks for walking and mountain biking. Tom was very responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

A lovely lake house

The house is wonderfully modern, light and airy, and well sited on a beautiful lakeshore. We swam each day despite the chilly water in mid September and loved paddling around in the canoe that came with the house. The Glacial Hills preserve <2 miles away was a wonderful place for hiking with many miles of beautifully laid out and marked trails. We would go back in a heartbeat. One suggestion: bring a hatchet or axe to chop wood for the firepit. Quite understandably no axe was provided.

Romantic Arts and Crafts Style Lake Home

Exactly as pictured beautiful! Check to make sure no construction is going on before booking. Looks like a house will be built next door in the future. Fantastic property very clean, updated and the kitchen is fully equipped!
