Properly sits right on the beach. Clean property and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect condo and location for our girls' trip with 7 friends. The kitchen offered everything that we needed for cooking breakfast each day. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Balcony offered a great area for eating or relaxing. Beach is beautiful. This is the second time staying at Las Brisas. The condo had a cooler and a couple beach chairs. We left a few more chairs that we had purchased. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a get away!

Great stay on Madeira Beach!

We enjoyed staying at this property and the beachfront location. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and the condo was well stocked with plenty of amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Great location

The location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious.

Spring Break Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time watching dolphin from the balcony and having the beach just steps from the condo. Everything was just as described and well suited for our family.

Peaceful

Enjoyed proximity to the beach, amenities in the condo, eating places across the street,watching dolphins right off our balcony, trolley goes right by the front door.

Place had great views of the beach, balcony was spacious, easy walk to the beach, condo was roomy and equipped with most kitchen essentials. A couple negative items was the parking, one space was difficult with nine people and at one point someone ended up parking in our designated spot, and very limited toiletries (toilet paper, garbage bags, dish towels) so come prepared. Overall we had a great time.

This property offers a wonderful retreat. The space was clean and fully stocked with what we needed to enjoy and be self sufficient. The ease of walking out on the beach and acres to the pool was perfect. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping made this trip great for our whole family. Can’t wait to book again next year! N

Great bday weekend stay

The property was clean. The location right on the beach was excellent. Not too far from John’s pass. we walked there. Took about 15 minutes. Really can’t complain about anything. It was a wonderful weekend with my sisters.
