The unit was comfortable and well maintained.It was clean but not spotless, although I believe this was a new cleaning crew. As a side note, there was only one roll of tp per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. You will need to bring or purchase some.The view was great, beach was not too crowded.Sam was VERY responsive and pleasant to deal with.Overall a very good experience. We would return , without a doubt.

Wonderful stay! The host was very quick to reply to all my questions. She also sent me an alert when there was bad weather in the area. The unit was very clean, and described perfectly. Highly recommend!! Definitely staying again

Relaxing getaway.

Place was very roomy and balcony was large. Great ocean front view. Nice location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Would come again.

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend…we’re looking forward to going back again this year.

Great Oceanfront Condo

This was the perfect location for our ladies trip! We were all very comfortable and the layout of the condo was perfect for 4 women on vacation together. The beach access was easy and the condo is stocked with plenty of beach gear, towels and other supplies. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. We had a wonderful stay!

A spacious retreat with delightful ocean views.

Being on the top floor with large slider windows facing the beach and water created a great place to get away from it all. The interior space was generous and had all the amenities of home. The price was right and the location ideal!

Let me start by saying, this property has the most amazing view of the beach, has fantastic beach set up amenities (chairs, umbrellas, floaties, boogie boards, sand toys, etc), a very clear welcome packet with all the info you will need, and a great location to hit all the beaches that St. Petersburg has to offer. Great location for John's Pass shopping and entertainment, and 2 restaurants across the street. We even saw 2 dolphins swimming upshore while we were out one afternoon!The problem for us was there were tiny bugs, that I realize are common for beach communities, that I was uncomfortable with. I did let the owner know, and she was going to get right on it, as we only stayed 2 days. I didn't want it to be a big deal. But I shouldn't need to vacuum out the sofa and bleach the counters and cabinets because it was needed...especially with the price I paid for the weekend.

Hello, Thank you for your response. I take pride in the cleanliness of our condo and in customer satisfaction during each guests visit. As seen by our countless repeat clients and great reviews. We want all our guests to have a wonderful and carefree experience while staying with us! I apologise that you found some tiny beach bugs. Unfortunately they are common, especially right after heavy rain or storm as occurred during your visit. Our building does have monthly pest control service for all units in order to reduce or eliminate these occurrences. And I did offer to have them come back to resolve & clean up. But due to the fact that you were only staying 2 days, you declined that service, understandably. I do appreciate you alerting me to this issue, so I can ensure it is addressed in a timely and efficient matter. Sam

Great beach location

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

Nice beach condo for 6

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

Amazing, as always!

Wonderful stay with family. Sam is an amazing host who is quick to respond when issues arise. Condo was clean and just as beautiful as our last visit. We had a surprise engagement while there. Our granddaughter chose this condo (her favorite) for her graduation trip, so her fella thought it would be a perfect place to propose. We will return!
