The living room is bright and spacious, with a Sofa and Loveseat with a 85 inch big screen and ideally located so your group can watch a movie in comfort, and everyone will appreciate the free cable and Wifi. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the room, but the sliding glass door leads directly to a private patio with several wicker seats. Imagine sitting here with a cold drink, watching the stars come out over the waves below!

Near the living room is a dining area that’s part of the large, open space. The dining area table is surrounded by six chairs, where you can enjoy a formal dinner or play a relaxed game of cards with friends and family. The double-vanity leaves plenty of space to store toiletries and get ready each morning!

For two children or adult guests traveling together, the third bedroom contains a twin bunkbed. This cozy room has elegant textiles and beach-themed décor, along with a dresser and closet that provide ample storage space. This serene room promises a restful night’s sleep.

Las Brisas 306 was designed with your comfort in mind, and you’ll appreciate its many amenities. Thanks to a full-sized washer and dryer, you can always have fresh laundry during your vacation. Grab some clean, dry towels each morning and head out to the incredible community pool! As you swim in its gentle waters, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach nearby.
