My condo is located in west plaza which is about 3 blocks from the Plaza. This is a great time of year to stroll about the plaza and get some shopping in.

Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district and Wesport
5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores.
2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with 600 thread count cotton sheets and bathroom. If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a small desk where you can set up shop.

While staying in the condo you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet.

If you are looking for a chill night by the fire you are in luck because the property has a large patio complete with a gas fire pit, a 12 foot tall streaming fountain and industrial grade stainless steel grill.

You can spend your mornings watching the sunrise while you enjoy your breakfast on the front balcony. Don't hesitate to open up those beautiful French doors and let the fresh fall air fill the house.

While you are here feel free to use the fully functional kitchen complete with granite counter tops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

If you are craving a nice night inside with your partner watching a movie then the living room is your spot. Curl up on the couch with your partner and watch a movie on the 48 inch TV. The living room is complete with wireless internet, and Roku TV.



There is a bus stop right across the street. The party trolley goes to all the main nightlife spots in Kansas City on Friday and Saturday and it stops on the plaza about 3 blocks away. There is always plenty of street parking.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
