Paradise!!!!

We loved it here. Perfect for my husband, grown children and spouses, and 4 grandchildren. Everyday was an adventure. We loved the rooftop with outdoor kitchen, pool. Cook outs on rooftop kitchen looking over the ocan. Thank you Emma. A great host

Great family getaway

The property was beautiful! Sleeping with the waves crashing on the shore was soothing. The pool and gazebo was the crown jewel, we spent most of our time there. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe there. There were 10 of us, 7 adults and 2 grandkids. We never felt like we were bumping into racism, plenty of space. I live to cook the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and kitchen appliances. No dishwasher though, not a big deal. Nice grill up by the gazebo. Can't wait to go back.

Top Notch Host

Our group consisted of two families (4 adults and 5 kids who range in age from 9-15). We ended up only staying 1 night in the listed property due to a power outage on the island. Villa Reina is right on the beach and spacious. Has a great rooftop area with grill and mini fridge. When we lost power the day after our arrival there was an issue with the generator at our property. We notified Emma that we didn’t have power and within a couple hours we were moved into his family’s personal vacation home just up the road for the duration of our stay. Emma was very responsive with any questions or issues that we had and did everything to ensure we had an incredible stay. Would absolutely stay in one of their properties again.

Our Favorite Retreat in Puerto Rico

This is our second year spending Christmas at Villa Reina, and it has been amazing once again. The villa’s proximity to the beach, breathtaking views, private pool, comfortable beds and the soothing sound of the ocean make it truly spectacular. If you’re seeking a secluded beach in a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path location in Puerto Rico, this is the perfect spot. Emma is an excellent host and always quick to respond.

Family beach vacation

The house was amazing. There was only 5 of us, but plenty of room for more people. The outdoor space was amazing with the pool, porch and pavilion. The beach and ocean were also beautiful and a few steps away from the property.

Great home!

This house was perfect for our two families. Emma communicated well and responded quickly when messaged. Nice pool, great rooftop entertaining area with beautiful views. Plenty of restaurants and Ralph’s grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. I will definitely stay here again!

Stunning!!

This was our first family vacation with our children all being adults. We had seven total and had plenty of room. The rooftop terrace was my favorite place to be. The views were stunning. Property managers were very responsive and addressed any concerns within 24 hours. The photos do not do the property justice. There are only two indoor bathrooms, and two places outside to shower.

Great place - needs updating

This is a great place on a great, almost private beach. But in the last 5 years ( we stayed in 2019 too) it could use some updating and cleaning. The rust has started to show through in many spots and the wall materials is flaking / falling off in many areas. The bathrooms were not cleaned when we arrived. The basic amenities were not stocked ( toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc ). Overall I would highly recommend the house, it just could be so much better with a little attention to details.

Spectacular House and Location

We decided to spend the Christmas holiday with the family at Villa Reina and this probably qualifies as one of out top places where we have ever stayed. The house was absolutely spectacular with a great view of the ocean, great pool to hang out in (with a view of the ocean), great gazebo on rooftop where we all spent most of our time. The house had the best access to the beach with private access, and in immediate proximity to shaded part of the beach. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and host was extremely responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful time at the Villa right on the beach. The rooms worked perfect for the 8 of us. The rooftop pool and eating area and outside grill made the time we spent there so easy and relaxing.

A great place for multi-generation families

My wife and I took our 3 children, 1 girlfriend and 6 year old granddaughter her in February, 2023. All of us had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool and patio was a favorite place to congregate. The house easily accommodated all of us and there were activities that suited all ages. The beach is accessible through a gate in the front yard. There are plenty of good local places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Emma was super responsive throughout the process. It is our dream to return in the future.

Great beach home

This is a beautiful home on the beach. Lovely sunrises from the top patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the family. There is a nice area surrounded by rocks just down the beach that is good for swimming. We enjoyed picking sea glass on the beach in the mornings.

Villa Reina

This is a perfect property if you are looking for a relaxing time in Puerto Rico. It has beach access, a pool and a great outside area to just relax. We made several trips to Ralph's market and spent our days just hanging out on the beach and pool. We made all of our meals on the wonderful outdoor kitchen space. Would highly recommend if that's the vacation you are looking for!

Gorgeous view, would come back!

Beach was AMAZING, location was good, selection of restaurants was good, would stay again! Check in was slightly confusing, didn’t know how to get to the house once we got in the property gate but host was very responsive! No AC in main area of house but each bedroom has great AC and the cross beeeze from the beach made it bearable. When at the house, we spent most our time up on top by the pool or overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful house and beach

Great setting. A bit secluded but that’s what we wanted. The property owners were wry accessible and amazing in responding to our questions. Beautiful beach and very safe neighborhood. The family loved this vacation (rain and all). Wish we could have stayed longe. We will definitely be back.

Best Vacation ever, this place is a slice of heaven.

This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Our group of 9 ranged in age from 5-65 and there was something for everyone. The house was spotless and had everything we needed including fishing poles which was a bonus! The roof top pool was amazing. We swam everyday several times and ate dinner up there under the stars almost every night. The view is spectacular. Beds are comfortable, you will. D falling asleep to the sound of waves and coqui. The showers and bathrooms are very nice. There are plenty of bath and beach towels for all. The ocean directly in front of the house is too rough for safe swimming but as others have stated if you walk down to the left of the house just a bit there is a large rock enclosed area where the water was very calm and easy for my 5 year old to swim in with no worries. The kids played basketball each night in the park next door. We got take out from La Rumba right down the road several times - we loved the fish tacos and mofongo balls with coconut mohitos! For a breathtaking view and dinner we loved El Nuevo Horizonte too which is very close by as well. We also went to Palmas Del Mar about 20 minutes away for dinner to La Pescaderia which Emma, our host, recommended and was fabulous! We highly recommend taking the drive to El Yunque National Rainforest it was so beautiful and one of many highlights of this trip. A 5 minute hike will land you in a breathtaking waterfall pool. Old San Juan is a must as well. We spent the day here before catching our flight home in the evening. Puerto Rico is truly La Isla de encanto! We love the people and the beauty of this island and will be back!! Emma is a great host. She was always just a phone call or text away and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us!
