The view was excellent. We watched sea turtles from the balcony! The host was very helpful. The pool was very small, but the location was great!

Condo could use some maintenance, and for the price paid, boogie boards and a beach umbrella should be provided.

While you mentioned that the condo could use some maintenance, no specific maintenance concerns regarding the accommodations were reported to our team during your stay. We are always available to address maintenance items when they are brought to our attention. For clarification, our vacation rentals are provided with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for guest use. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas and other recreational beach gear are not standard or guaranteed amenities, even when these items may be found at an individual property. Beautiful views from the balcony, we watched the whales jumping out of the water every night. Great location easy to get to the beach, shopping, etc.

Perfect place to stay on the south shore. Easy access to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. Peaceful and so many beautiful views. Very nice area and simple drive to food and shops. Koloa is a cute town nearby with lots of eating options. We are a family of 5 (our 2 kids plus a son-in-law) and the setup worked perfectly for all of us. There is no A/C in this condo but you didn't need it with the ocean breeze. Condo even had beach chairs, ice chest and scuba gear to use!! Years ago, we stayed on the east side of the island, but after this visit I would easily pick the south shore again.

The overall experience was excellent. The location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the condo. Close to walking path and Poipu Beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Decorated very well and comfy beds. Did not have AC and we were a bit worried until we realized the breeze from the ocean and sound of the surf was all we needed. Hope to stay there again.

Great stay, great location

This condo was perfect for our stay in Poipu. Comfortable beds, great view, and all within a quick 5min walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The beach supplies such as chairs and bougie boards were also perfect for what we were doing. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location!

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was very well stocked with just about everything we needed for preparing food, going to the beach etc. The unit was within walking distance from beaches, resorts, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed watching the turtles off the deck down by the pool. We’d love to come back again!

We stayed with our son and daughter in law. Perfect view of ocean from lanai. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast and meals. Condo was spotless!Location close to everything. Nice to have coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect Location!

We had the best stay!! The condo had everything you need and was so cozy. You also have the most incredible view of the ocean from the patio. We loved being able to cool off at the pool in the evenings and enjoying a drink down on the terrace. This unit was so close to shops, restaurants and is walking distance to the Beach where there is great snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!

Poipu property

The unit and property was immaculate. We had great views and a were in close proximity to the beach, great restaurants, shopping and activities. I would recommend this wonderful place and hope to return one day.

Great place

Everything was awesome. The only thing i would add would be letting us know whether or not you had beach chairs, umbrella or things if you didn’t have, we would have to buy. Awesome place, clean great view very comfortable and the TV was great as we watched the Dodgers beat the Padres :-).

Superb in every way

Spacious, very well-equipped unit with stellar views from living room, dining room, and large lanai. (Don’t forget to bring binoculars for the whales and other wildlife.) Excellent location, particularly in winter, near good beaches,‘restaurants, and shopping. Nice common areas. Very friendly and responsive staff at property manager.

The perfect location

Our plane landed 30 mins early. I texted the property manager and we were able to check in early. The place is gorgeous with incredible views. It was an easy walk to the beaches and an easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. The place was well stocked and really well organized. We will be back!

Except for having to walk to public beach for sand, everything was wonderful! Property is clean and well appointed. Excellent beginner snorkeling. Walk to hiking trails. Beautiful wildlife. Turtles arrive every day at the public beach. Beautiful sunsets!
