Beautiful vacation

Wonderful accomodations

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed everything about it. The description was perfect! The check in and check out process was very easy. I highly recommend Pili Mai 1C to anyone who wants to have a perfect vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a great experience. Great location, clean and functional. Could use more comfortable seating in LR. Also, washer and dryer are wonky in closet and move around which makes it hard to use. I contacted rental co about no directions for TV and they never replied. It was nice they had everything you needed for beach outings in the garage. It would be great if they gave you all the codes in one mail or text rather than multiple.

Perfect Family Place

This VRBO unit was better than expected, which is not common. Clean, convenient, very nicely stocked, including shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are top notch as well. We will definitely be back!

Immaculate Condo

It was in a beautiful Condo area, close toshops and restaurants, and a 4 minute drive to beach. The Condo was immaculate and had a nice pool and hot tub, great covered patio with views of the mountains. The condo had everything you would need for cooking ( supplies). While we were there only 3 nights it was a great stay!

Great family vacation stay!

Perfect location for a family vacation, close to beach, restaurants, morning coffee stops, shopping! Beautiful views, beautiful landscaping. Condo was very clean.

Kauai Vacay

Property is not only in a great location close to food options and beaches, it was a great size for my family and I. Space was more than enough for a group of 6 as well as super clean! Kitchen contained everything we needed to cook. The lanai was a plus to be able to sit out on in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Kauai has my heart!

We so enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai! Very spacious, open concept so we could all enjoy being together. Very clean, had everything we needed for cooking meals. Shopping, beaches all very accessible. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Place To Stay

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our overnight stay! It was conveniently located to shops and places to eat within walking distance. The only downside we encountered was we left a couple items behind on accident and I texted and called but never heard anything back.

Great Golf Community

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. There were a few glitches along the way that caused us some disappointment but was reported each time to the property management of Pili Mai at Poipu 1C. We were without WiFi access and did not know the garage code for Sat 7/8 and Sun7/9 as we could not find the information sheet. When we reached out to management on Mon 7/9, they told us it was mounted on the wall. We thought it was a handbook we should be looking for. We had WiFi for 2 days, then the tv and WiFi stopped working on Wed 7/12 and we also noted that a closet door hinge was loose and could not be opened/closed properly. We contacted management and was told a handyman would come the next day Thurs 7/13 between 10 am- 2 pm. But when we came back from golfing, the closet door hinges remained broken. We reported this to management again on Fri 7/14 and was told that the handyman probably was not able to fix it. Management sent a housekeeper over to address the WiFi and TV that was not functioning that Friday afternoon so the WiFi and TV became operational for that afternoon but TV could only work through access with our mobile phone. The next day Sat 7/15 was our departure day. It wasn't all negative. We enjoyed the condo and its amenities. We're avid golfers so it was great to wake up to a view of the golf course. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue of not having WiFi and garage access for 2 days, tv and WiFi that malfunctioned mid-week and a closet door that had broken hinges which did not get fixed while we were there. We would come back again to Pili Mai but hope that things will go smoother next time. Going forward, it would be nice to mention the location of the informational form so it's easy to locate and everything should be in working order before the next occupant checks in. Mahalo nui loa!

LIKED: Safe, quiet and clean golf community. Enjoyed the accessiblity to the golf course. Since it's a community of residential condomiums, you would need a rental vehicle to get around. With a rental vehicle, it's easy to get to the shopping, dining, cultural venues. DID NOT LIKE: Was not informed where the information list of the condo was located when we checked in. We were looking for a booklet. Hence we had no WiFi and no garage access for Saturday 7/8 and Sunday 7/9 until we reached out to them for the WiFi password and the garage code. Had to call the property management/host to find out where the form was which was a piece of laminated paper on the wall. Then we lost WiFi signal for 2 days in the master bedroom and found one of the closet doors' hinges was lose so the closet door was not properly set on its frame. Contacted the property management Wed 7/12 and was told a handyman would come Thurs 7/13 to take care of the maintenance issue. The handyman never showed up and no communication with us as to why he didn't come. WiFi access was still not fixed. Had to contact management again to address this Fri 7/14. They sent a housekeeper over and then the smart TV worked but only through the phone. We checked out Sat 7/15.
