We offer many features that you are not able to find in a hotel. Feel protected knowing the air circulating in your property is not shared with others outside of your guests. Each property has its own HVAC system with each floor having a separate system. This property has continuous flow water heaters so everyone can shower at the same time without running out of water. The property fixtures a sprinkler system and two exists from the top floor for safety.

Just a few short blocks to the ocean makes this a budget friendly property while still having you less than a 2-minute car ride to the many public parking lots right on the beach. Or rent a golf cart and take a more scenic route and stop to feed the turtles (locals favorite).
