Our family loved this house. The location was perfect and it’s a great house for families. We would definitely stay there again. The host was easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was very easy.

Carol was very nice. Beautiful place and beach was only a couple of minutes away. We really enjoyed staying here.

Thank you Denise but I want to tell you one of the house rules you did not follow was not to allow your dog on the furniture. The cleaners charged me extra for the time to remove the dog hair.

The property is in a great location, close to the beach. House was spacious and clean. Only concern was 5 page document containing 32 instructions/rules which was overwhelming. We had to refer to it several times because it was just so much to take in. We appreciated the notes posted everywhere and appreciate the effort to keep things clean.

Sorry for you not liking the lengthy house guidelines which they mostly are beneficial to when I have a reservation of 10 guests and there are children and pets as well.

Another great stay at this Cayucos property! Plenty of room for all, it is furnished with everything you need. Plenty of seating, ample cooking utensils, and only a few steps to beach access. We loved our time here!

Excellent location for the family and dog. Great house to sleep 8, but it is good to know that one of the bedrooms can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Carol gives lots of instructions and is easy to reach.

Thank you for reviewing our home. I got the plumber in to fix the disposal and all he had to do was adjust the rubber flange! It stopped leaking and it started working. He didn't even charge me! Hope you come stay again.

First of all I’d like to thank Carol for the over the top kindness she showed myself and our family. Answered my questions in a most timely manner, never had to wait and wonder.The home was extremely comfortable and spotless. All common rooms had everything needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped!! Beds were plenty and accommodations were very quiet even for a full family. We were so tired after a busy day and a great fish fry.The weather was beautiful and distance to the beach was easier than expected, couldn’t stay away. My grandson loved the outdoor shower and made washing up so easy after a day at the beach.Thank you for the kindness you showed us during our stay.

Elaine please let me know why the house didn't get 5 stars. I don't know if it was the lawn which we are in the process of having pavers installed soon when I have 3 weeks that the house is not occupied. I am for 5 stars so you will help me with your answer.

This house was awesome.super clean and had everything in kichen and bedrooms you could need. Also, you could easily communicate with owner for any questions you had about anythingAlso parking was amazing, how many available spots. Overall great experience for me and my family.

Great location and user freindly

Lovely stay

The house is comfortable and perfect for a family. We enjoyed walking to the beach the the small town vibe. Our son enjoyed surfing at Morro Bay rock.

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything you need including games and plenty of bathrooms and space for the teenagers. Great location just steps from the beach. We hope to come back again! Carol was wonderful.

Great Location, lots of room

This is a great property! The house is very comfortable and it's a quick walk to get to the beach. There's plenty of room and the balconies are large and have some good views.

Short walk to the beach with public access close. Loved the fact that the living room had enough room for all.
